Great Company… Chase came out in person and gave us a quote on the spot. Contract was executed online with ease (nice website). His team showed up after a phone call the following morning. They were courteous, fast and job oriented. I have already referred a friend and will refer others as well. Keep up the great work and customer service!

Drew Hoggard returned my call and came very fast.
I appreciated his knowledge and criteria to establish the working solution.

Thanks to Drew and Chase Irrigation for another job well done! Drew diagnosed the failed modules in my older Hunter Controller. Since my old controller was from 2002; I opted to update to a wifi capable system.

We contracted with Chase to fix a flood prone area and to build a concrete pathway from the East side to the West. We had a deck area removed that was prone to flooding and install a concrete patio from the pathway to our front gate. We also had them put in decomposed granite from the house in back up to the pathway.
Chase was extremely professional and worked with us to accommodate our wishes and exceeded our expectations.
His crew were professional, on time, and worked hard each day to do a great job. We were so happy with the work done that we decided to have them do our driveway and front sidewalk as they were finishing the work in back.
I would 110% recommend this company for any hardscape or landscaping. We have more work for them in the next few months and I would absolutely give my endorsement for any work you might want to improve your yard.
We made the right choice and we have a beautiful patio and pathway in back and the same with the driveway and sidewalk to show for it.
My wife and I have thanked them numerous times but I am glad to again thank them publicly for the beautiful work and major improvement to our home

The house looks great. They were great with communication and the lights were up quickly after we paid the $1 deposit. Best price we were quoted. Definitely worth the money to have custom lights that fit the house perfectly and don’t need to be stored by us.

TLDR: Choose another company. This was a completely frustrating experience for high priced, low quality work which was ultimately not corrected.

I reached out to Chase Lawn & Landscape at the beginning of June to get an estimate on dirt work, sod and a drain for one of our downspouts. We setup an initial appointment for them to come by and no one showed. More than an hour after the scheduled time, I called them up. Chase apologized and came out later that afternoon. I regret choosing to overlook this red flag.

I’ll just cover the other main issues that we experienced:

Sod was not installed in all areas as required.

Sod was improperly installed in some areas. Pieces were not cut appropriately and overlapped considerably.

The dirt work resulted in the sod being installed too high around our gates. Our gates would not open or close without dragging up the sod.

Their work damaged our sprinkler system, resulting in it not being able to water the new sod. This was only discovered after they had left and I had spent time fixing their work, trimming gates, etc. Despite irrigation installation being listed as one of the services they offer on their website, they had to have another irrigation company come out to make the repair. The work was done on a Friday and the repair didn’t get completed until Monday. This resulted in considerable inconvenience watering the new sod and required further time commitment at home during the 3-hour sprinkler system repair.

The connection from our downspout to the new drain they installed was very poor quality. They took our existing downspout attachment and literally taped it to our downspout. The sprinkler repair resulted in this being damaged as well. I’ve attached a picture to this review showing this work.

After all of this, I decided to go back and review the footage from our exterior cameras to see if there was anything else I should be concerned about. I quickly discovered that they had only installed 3.5 pallets of sod when we had paid for 5.

This work was “completed” on June 14th. After a lot of back and forth I finally received a check for the 1.5 pallets of sod and 1 hour of labor on August 3rd. Earlier that week I had confirmed that the check (a second attempt) was sent out on July 29th as had been promised. When I received it, it was postmarked August 2nd.

Chase did agree that the downspout connection could have been done “much better” and offered to come out and correct it personally. Despite having welcomed this, nothing ever came from it.

They did a good job when they showed up but never billed on time no matter how many times we called. After 8ish years of using them they dumped us because we didn’t want all the bells and whistles. Chase didn’t have the decency to call us himself.

I want to share my only experience with Chase (the owner himself). I own a vacant lot in a gated community that for the last 3 years Chase's crew has blown leaves (2+ acres) and thrown yard debris from the home next door. After speaking with him about this in person Chase ensured me he would take care of it. Instead he never followed up and after I reached out to ask about cleaning up what his crews had put on my lot he lied about the series of events over the past few years. I would recommend using someone else with more integrity than Chase. I expect business owners to do the "right" thing when the situation arises and not be driven strictly by profit when they make mistakes. Very disappointed in Chases lack of professionalism and integrity.

These guys came when they told me & got to work! They knew what that were doing & got my sprinkler system up & running perfectly within a few hours. Very Happy & price was way below other quotes & the workmanship was A+, zero complaints & to many complements to add! We will recommend & use Chase Lawn again. Much appreciation to Drew & the Crew!

I have used Chase Landscaping for close to 18 months and they have done a variety of activities for me! Initially they installed my irrigation system for me and created a custom backyard oasis. Chase has also done the yard maintenance for the last 2 summers and has done a great job of keeping the grass trimmed and looking great. Last Christmas they installed a custom color light display on our home, removed the lights, stored them and reinstalled the display this year.
The employees are always responsive when I report an issue for any of the services. I would strongly reccomend Chase for all of the services.

We bought our home in Dec 2020 with a completely barren back yard. It was basically mud and leaves. We had a dream to create an oasis that would be a great place to relax, unwind and spend time with family.

Chase and his team made our dreams come true! We first started the planning and quoting. We requested several modifications and a new drawing and quote was submitted quickly. Ultimately, the patio and retaining wall combined to be 750 sqft which included a stone fireplace, wood boxes, several zones for seating, hot tub and hammock, trees, landscaping and nearly a complete sodding of the property. This was no small job!

Once we agreed on the design and materials, the team got started. The crew worked tirelessly to get the project completed on time but the weather did not want to cooperate. However, no matter the delay, Chase remained in contact with us and as soon as the conditions were good, they continued their work. The whole crew were professional, polite and considerate. We have a very large dog that they had to be mindful of, and they were great with him too!

The patio is absolutely stunning! We can’t believe it’s ours! We spend every single night out there! It was worth every penny! The quality of the work is second to none! If you want a project done well, by professional people, look no further.
