Great experience from start to finish. Amazing crew and top notch equipment. Very meticulous in their approach and safety.

Quite honestly, very difficult to tell that anything had been done sans the three trees they removed. No rutted mess from equipment, no debris left behind.

Highly recommend and will utilize again when needed.

I used this company once before & was very pleased. When I tried to hire them again & asked for a certificate of insurance, I found they had no Workers' comp insurance. When I inquired about that, I was told I was too much trouble & to go find someone else to do the job.

They came out and were very professional did exactly what was asked of them in a timely manner. Once the job was complete they cleaned all the limbs and debris. They even blew the wood chips, saw dust and debris from the roof. Excellent company to have do all your tree work.

The services were good the job was done quickly and professionally. My only problem was I would have liked more time to prepare my dogs.

Giving a 2 star simply because the team worked consistently and seemed to be knowledgeable about their job. However, the communication between the team and the supervisor was ineffective. There was a large limb providing shade that we needed and I physically held the leaves of the limb and asked it to not be cut and explained why. It was cut!!! The landscaping under the oaks was seriously damaged. I understand that limbs will fall but to drag the whole limb across the beds was heartbreaking. Then they raked the beds and tore the Hosta to the ground. The supervisor apologized for a demolished giant elph ear (an annual), but I am concerned about the perennial hydrangeas, azaleas, and red twig dogwood shrubs, not to mention the 6 Hosta. Also, to the supervisor, if you need to use the facilities don't choose the corner of our fence! Especially, when I am standing on the porch!
