Rafael promptly called me back to set up a time to come by to quote a price to remove one dead tree and one Maple the was in desperate need of a good trimming in our back yard. The maple probably should be cut down. :( But my daughter was not quite ready to part with it. He gave a reasonable quote and explained he was about a week booked out. He was very good about texting and letting me know when he planned to be there. He arrived when promised and did an excellent job. He removed all debris. Hopefully our maple will make a come back after server storm damage. He has given it a fighting chance. Thanks for coming when promised and doing an excellent job!

Simply could not ask for better. He has helped us out twice now with tree removals. One of those rare finds of someone you can genuinely trust with all aspects of the job. Pricing is good for sure but every aspect of his teams work is just pristine. And they left my property so clean it really is hard to imagine they just did all the work they did.

I would highly recommend Rafael’s. They took great care to not damage any property when they took out a giant oak for me. Left the yard very clean. They were fairly priced, responsive, showed up when they said, and did a great job!

Rafael came and cut down a large mulberry tree at my house. The tree was in a tight space between 2 houses, and with fencing on 2 sides. He was very polite, and communicated often via text and email as we set up the service. He also came by after I got off work to meet in person to show me about my tree after he had driven by the house and sent me a quote earlier in the day. He came and removed the tree as scheduled. The area was extremely cleaned up after he left -- there were no small branches or bits of leaves left anywhere on the ground. The patio had been covered in some fallen leaves (it is autumn), but he even swept that clean during his clean up process. He came back after word to tell me how the project went and accept payment. I would recommend Rafael to anyone that needs tree service. He was very profession and courteous, and he did a great job at tree removal and cleanup.
