Had a big oak taken out of my back yard today and was completely satisfied. The price was very competitive, the crew was fast and efficient, and left the area very clean and nice looking. Rafael is very friendly and communicative personally, and presented me with multiple removal options to try to keep the price reasonable. Great experience I'd recommend to anybody.

Rafael was the best on price for anyone who was insured. My tree was HUGE! He had a bucket truck to quickly and safely take it out. He had a full crew that worked so hard. When they left, even just for the day, they cleaned up the work area and left out traffic cones so that my property was safe, not only for myself, but also for passersby.

The trunk remaining was aggressively ground down to dirt level. The tree had left a huge mound on my yard and had buckled up the driveway. His crew did a great job of getting it chewed down as much as possible.

One of the crew members always made it a point to check in with me daily before they left to inform me on progress and next planned steps. I don't think my yard has ever been as clean as Rafael's crew left it.

If you hire Rafael and his very competent team, you won't have a job done halfway. I have already recommended him to friends and family.

There are two ways to do anything. The right way and again. There are tree trimmers and there are arborists. These fellas are arborists. They not only know how to cut wood, they know why they need to make the cuts and where to make them. The next time you think you’re getting a bargain by using JoBob the chainsaw guy, just remember the real value is doing it right. These guys DO IT RIGHT!!

Conscientious. A great man, my dad, once said the sign of a professional is "someone who cared." I went from being a customer to working with Green Country Arborists. They are Connor Goodwin, and Rick Farbro. With a degree in horticulture, and 21 hours of chemistry, listening to these guys talk about trees, plants, etc is like going back to college, ie, so fun and enlightening.
On a fully extended on a 65-ft high lift, they put forth the effort and energy to make cuts that are not discernible from the ground. Most people would not do the work, but they're consummate professionals that take so much pride in their work to do it absolutely properly. It's refreshing. I have framed houses, worked in the oil field. I forgot what it's like to go home at the end of the day and plop in bed dead tired. Left all my energy at the job site. This is how hard these guys work. They rake every yard free of all twigs etc making it look 110% better then when they got there. It was especially fun getting to work at SE Hinton's and Gailord Sartain's houses. We just lack doing Jack White's place for the trifecta! (I'll never tell where our celebrity clients live). On a memorable job, in the sun, 105°, removing a 24" trunk, 20" at a time and deftly dropping each piece from 20' down, between a rickety wooden fence and a driveway, so as not to damage either. THAT was talent. Try them.

Rick and his team did a fantastic job. They were on time and communication was impecable. Would use there services in the future and it is probably going to happen as I have about 25 trees.

Rick and Connor were so quick to respond. We had a limb fall on our garage and they were out later that day with the necessary tools to remove the limb and inspect the health of the tree.
