I've been in my house 7 years and had never had the carpets cleaned. They did a great job. Showed up on time, were very professional and my carpet has NEVER looked better.

Doctor Klean responded quickly and was able to come clean the carpets the next day! Clay and Jack were prompt and professional. Their pricing was fair and they worked quickly to get the job done, but best of all, the carpets look great!

We have used other services in the past but could never find one we liked. Finally found these guys and a year later we’re still so surprised by their consistent reliability and honesty. We’ve now had them to our house multiple times to replace expensive equipment we assumed was broken...but they instead made inexpensive and quick fixes. It’s such a relief to know there are shops out there that will not take advantage of first-time pool owners!

I have been using Metro Pool Service at our Owasso home for the past three years. They have performed pool closings and openings, serviced our pool heater and pump and have always responded in a timely fashion. I could not be more pleased by the service they provide.

Recently hired Metro Pool for a repair on our pump, which we were pleased with. However, after 2 services to vacuum and clean our pool, there was no improvement to our water quality (this included an expensive amount of chemicals that seemed to do nothing). Also, after hiring them for repairs, initial cleaning, and weekly cleanings; we had to contact them multiple times just to get someone out here to do any work after the initial worker came out to the house. This confusion, on their part, meant over a week went by without any attention given to our pool and no swimming over Memorial Day weekend. The 1 star rating is an average for the decent repair job combined with lackluster service and communication.

Have used Metro Pools for the last 10 years for our opening/closing. They have also completed a variety of repairs over the years. The most recent could have been a very costly repair (last I checked a pump starts around $400) but luckily Paul knew there was a way to fix the pump with a $15 piece. Will never find a more qualified and honest pool business out there.

Metro is the best pool service in Tulsa, hands down. Service is great. Love working with Nate and his crew. My pool always looks great.
