Metro pools are the best! Our pool heater went out with the recent storms. I called and got scheduled. Nate came out and had the part in hand to have us back up and running within 30 minutes!! Highly recommend Metro Pools for any and all pool service needs!!

I have had a fantastic experience with Metro Pool Service! We use them for pool cleaning and for all of our maintenance needs. Their team is quick to respond, professional, knowledgeable and very kind. We had a leak from an auto filler and I found it the night of a cold freeze and didn’t know if it was a big deal or not. I texted Nate at 10:00pm at night and he responded that night letting me know what to do. He then came out the next day and got it fixed super fast and with a creative solution. I am very impressed with their customer service and highly recommend them.

Nate did a fantastic job fixing the valve system and explaining how the new system functions. He went above and beyond to repair leaks and did everything with efficiency, excellence, and diligence. I would highly recommend Metro Pool Service - each team member has excellent customer service!

Don’t waste your time calling any one else. We had a pump that was leaking and had several companies come out to fix it. But to no avail it still leaked. I actually had one of them tell me that if it were them they would just let it leak. Are you kidding me. Just let it leak he said. Called Metro pool service. They send Nate a very friendly and knowledgeable young man who not only fixed the leak but also tackled a much larger problem that non of the others would even look at. Thank you Nate. You did a great job and I will always call Metro.

I have been using Metro Pool Service for Opening and Closing my pool for the past 2-3 years and they have always been professional and knowledgeable on Pools. I always know that I can count on them for professional service. Working with them is so enjoyable, I am so glad that I made the change to their service.

Just had Metro install a pool cover in preparation for winter season. Metro sized and installed. The owners son did the install and did a great job. He demonstrated how to remove the cover in the spring when pool season arrives again. Metro can do full shutdown and startup as well. I’ve had pools for 20 years and if I have an issue these are the guys I’ll call first. We sold our house in May to an individual who has no pool experience. I recommended Metro to him for weekly service and maintenance.
