I have been a customer of this establishment for nearly 20 years, and my shirt was stolen and I was called a liar over ONE shirt by the owner. I am so upset that I would be treated this way after all the money I’ve spent here. I’ve begged them to pull the camera footage and they refuse. I will not spend another dime here.

It was my first time there. I will be doing some research because it seemed way overpriced. Two dresses and 1 shirt. 34+ dollars. The staff was friendly and it was clean.

I went to Yale Cleaners today to drop off Coats for Travis Meyer for the Catholic Charities to give to the homeless. Apparently they clean the coats and a volunteer passes them out. I think I donated about 12-15 different coats, jackets and hoodies. This is a great charity.

Great job on suit, shirt and tie. I like that starch is available and same day available. 24 hour drop off available.

When I drop off in the morning, the ladies are very rude and not thorough when questions are asked. They have been rude multiple times when I drop off. The ladies in the evening are nice during pick up. I don’t usually post reviews but felt the need to share.

Shirts always starched and ironed exactly how I like them done. Dry cleaning always perfect. I have used Yale Cleaners for over 25 years. This particular location for 6 plus years. Jane does a really good job and is always smiling and pleasnt.

Easy drop off and pick up. There was a problem with my coat cleaning with residue left on it. I called and it was no problem to take it back and they re cleaned it. I was very happy!

There is a worker name Juana she be getting mad at her other workers for doing something wrong even if they fix it and she be giving dirty looks and talking bad about there works, and Juana be bossing the workers she’s not even the manager or anything she’s a worker, she’s like a kid taking bad about her coworkers. And they don’t let you eat at lunch break only the manger and Juana and her other partner can eat. They don’t care if there works don’t eat. They fired my mom for what? she got fired the 7/18/2024 even my moms friend. Today the 7/19/2024 they called my mom’s friend to go work and then they fired her and kicked her out. I’m not going to stay quiet. Cray how they let Juna and Adriana eat and the mangers das eat why can’t there other workers? They come out of work with out eating they come out of work all dizzy. When my mom was doing the job Juana and some other girl got my moms cart, we are not sure but they might went hidin and ruined some of the clothes so my mom could do all the 3 carts of clothes again! And then fired her when she finished all the clothes, say they don’t need her anymore? Like you guys should’ve just told her before she did the clothes all over again!?

Lost my husband's suit pants and took zero responsibility for it. Also ruined both buttons on a sweater, returned two sweaters with stains. Since they already lost an expensive garment without owning accountability, I did not want to hand over these pieces for re-do. They have not responded to the weeks old complaint that my husband filed through their messaging/email system.

We have used Yale Cleaners for 8 years and we had experienced excellent customer service and continued ease of delivery and pickup with their multiple customer service options. We had a small issue with a pair of slacks one time and the manager of the location took care of it immediately. We highly recommend Yale Cleaners for all your business and casual dry cleaning.
