I had a stellar experience and suggest you give this company a shot for your next steam cleaning. I had my love seat and sofa steam cleaned and Kevin and Dalton did a fabulous job. They were very cognizant of the crazy times we find ourselves in and wore masks and gloves. I will definitely be using this company again!!

Kevin is the absolute best!! If you are having anyone but Pro Steam Carpet Cleaning handle your carpets, you're cheating yourself. We've tried lots of other companies including the big market company but after finding Kevin we have used him 5 times. We wont use anyone but him. Stop reading this now and call Kevin asap!

He did a good job getting the surface stains out and was friendly (and quick, maybe too quick?). We have 3 puppies so there were so set in urine smell issues which were not resolved at all once everything dried. We ended up renting a carpet cleaner from a home improvement store and my boyfriend spent 3 hours re-steam cleaningthe carpets to get the smells out (which he did!)

I would recommend if you just have surface stains but if you are concerned about pet or other foul odors look elsewhere.

Excellent job! I had Kevin come out and clean the carpet in a room that was heavily soiled with pet stains and odor from a former roommate. He left the carpet looking brand new! He has also successfully cleaned high traffic areas stained with different oils and chemicals due to my significant other working in a body shop and not removing his work boots at the door. ;) I honestly thought I was going to have to pay for new carpet to be put in.
