After getting a few quotes, Sean came out and won the deal, with a best price, and a new valve for my rain barrel. It did take a bit longer than expected, but we can chalk that up to the ice storm. Tim and Ronny did a great job, and very quickly too.

Got estimate on Friday. Was assured they would be out Monday morning to install. Got call from estimator that crew called in sick. Was assured they would be out Tuesday Morning. Called back Tuesday afternoon told crew had a flat and would be out Wednesday by 8;30. They showed up at 10.

Next day I looked over guttering and found holes where the gutter meets downspout. Also hole where corner piece splash guard meets gutters. Called back for them to fix. A week goes by no response. Called back and on a Monday and was assured they would be right out. No one showed Monday. Called back Tuesday around 9:15 AM and said they would for sure be out and person would call me back shortly. It is now 3:20 PM and guess what.....no one has called or been by.

Go elsewhere if you want quality work and quick response.

Had Rain Guard install copper gutters for us. Leon and his crew were Excellent! Absolute pleasure to work with and they did a great job.

Shaun was absolutely amazing..he showed up on time with a big friendly smile.In a world of judgement and anger, that smile is as warm as it gets. He was extremely professional, courteous and respectful. He gave us a super fair quote which also made our day. It didn't take him long at all to give us a quote after he had measured he went to his truck to calculate and I noticed that out of pure respect he left his truck door open as if to say I'm still with you most people close the door and are in there for an hour I recognize the extra courteous things that he did.We haven't used you all yet but we will soon. Leon at Rain Guard was very helpful. I was guttering my shed and it has black shutters, black window boxes and black hinges on gray and white. Leon suggested I go with black guttering, something I would not have thought of. I went with it and it looks totally awesome!! He will now be doing my house!

Complete guttering installed in Nov 2019; 3 months later I still have no resolution to my guttering drainage issue. Cost was $3500 and I am NOT satisfied. I’ve contacted salesman, he has promised to come, but he is a no show. Phone calls have not been returned. Large amounts of metal brackets snd screws were left scattered in the yard that resulted in mower blade damage.

Best service and installation you could ask for. They matched our existing guttering and had it installed in one day. Ask for Shaun and he will get the job done.

Sales rep was friendly, helpful, and on time. Got a quote far less than competing products. Our family had 3 homes done at once. The service was fast and professional. Very happy with this product and their staff.

We were having issues with our gutters not handling rainwater as they should. Lots of overspill. Rain Guard replaced the gutters and installed leaf guards. We are pleased with the work, how they look and perform. Quite happy!

Rain Gard of Tulsa installed gutting on our home. They did an excellent job, Great Value, They were very professional and prompt. They were quite responsive and timely. We were quite satisfied.

They did a great job when it was installed and Shaun came out and did a quick repair for me with no problems. I have referred people to them and I’ll continue to refer others. It’s hard to find good contractors but this team is the real deal.

Used for gutter installation. Excellent responsiveness before order for estimate. Recommended quality materials even without prompting. Completed installation quickly & with good quality. Only area for improvement, notification prior to installer arrival did not give much lead time - was told installers would show up the day of.

It’s sad that I have to come to google to leave a review to get what I need done. Rain guard installed my gutters and gutter guards on my back porch on 07/05/2023. They did a great job however I had discussed with their salesman that I needed the ends of the downspouts to have extenders on them to keep the water well away from my foundation. I told him they needed to be at least 6”-1foot away from the foundation because of the way my yard lays.

I was at work when they installed the gutters. When i got off work I saw that the downspouts had no extenders on them and were butted up close to the foundation. Not a huge deal so I thought. I called them, no answer. So I left a VM. Got no response. I called the next day and got on the phone with a women whom I don’t remember the name of. I advised her of the issue and she told me she’d call me back with a timeframe. She called me back and advised me they would be out to fix the issue in a “couple of days”.

It has now been almost 3 weeks and nobody has shown up. Which is crazy to me seeing how I have yet to pay for the gutters since it wasn’t done the way that was discussed. You would think they’d want to get paid for their work. I can only imagine the hassle of getting them out here had I already paid them.

The one and only reason this review isn’t a 1 star is due to the fact that the gutters and gutter guards were installed just fine. The downspouts are the issue. And it’s sad that I have to come to google to express my dissatisfaction. Hopefully someone calls me and gets somebody out here. If not my next stop will be the BBB.

My experience with Rain Guard has been nothing short of exceptional.

I have been a customer for well over a decade. I, too, had a discoloration problem. Rain Guard replaced every inch of guttering along the backside of my home at no charge. Some time later I happened to notice a discoloration issue on the front of my home where the joints were fastened.

Upon inspection they told me they would replace the entirety of the front!! Again, at NO charge!

They management and staff were truly concerned about my happiness and probably jumped through some hoops for me with Corporate to make sure I was 100% pleased.

Folks, I am a VERY picky person when it comes to the appearance of my home. It's great doing business with a company that is equally picky when it comes to doing their job right...and if for some reason or another there is a problem...they stand behind their product and FIX it!!!

Was told this was the place to go for new gutters. Recently bought a house & it needed a full update on its gutters. The work seems to be alright. However, workers left large and small nails in the back yard and the front driveway AND didn’t complete the orders listed on the contract. I had to contact the contractor guy multiple times in attempts to pay them and get the job finished.

I would not recommend this business to a friend. I could have gotten nails in my car tires or seriously injured my yard guy/his lawn mower.

Rain guard of Tulsa did a fantastic job with our gutters. I had to push back the install date a few days and they had no problem doing that. They matched the color of the gutter perfect with our house. I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Rainguard!

I got on HomeAdvisor on a Thursday looking to get gutters installed. Rain Guard of Tulsa called me Friday. I met with a specialist on Monday He was very helpful and came up with a very detailed quote. The job was done by Friday with no disturbance to me. The work looked great! It was an easy process with the results I wanted. I would definitely use them again!

After a selection was made of a guttering contractor, Shaun, the estimator, was prompt on responding to my questions. The installers were very efficient and cleaned up after themselves. Sasha and the other members of their staff very efficient dealing with the invoice. We are very pleased and do highly recommend this Rain Guard of Tulsa.

Overall quality work. Estimate and initial install were quick. Disappointed I was never given notice the guys were even coming to do the install, I could have checked over the work prior to them leaving and avoided needing "repairs." The installers did not follow the sketch for downspouts as drawn by the salesmen. I met with the salesman at my house to show him what needed fixed to match the sketch I was given. The initial install was completed over a month ago, I have made numerous attempts to contact the salesman, no response, and the repairs are still not done.
Update: repairs have been made to my satisfaction and the management team has apologized for the delay.
