Following the 6/18 storm, we had a number of rugs that had gotten wet and all were covered with insulation and attic dust. Eric took the rugs, assessed them and let me know an estimate right away. He dried them, cleaned them & wrapped them & delivered them to storage. He did a great job. We do not hesitate to recommend him!

They were professional, friendly, and prompt, and they did a great job removing years of foot traffic and pet stains from one rug and an ungodly amount of blue ink (also pet-induced) from another.
