He did such an incredible job that when he dropped that rug off, I immediately sent him home with another one to clean. Incredibly responsive, professional, and skilled. I highly recommend him!

Such an amazing job!!! Rugs that we were told can’t be cleaned came back PERFECT!! Not only is the quality of Eric’s work top notch, but you will not find another company that will beat his prices for the quality of the work. This is truly the best service you can get in Tulsa for your rug cleaning. Some of the rugs that we had cleaned had stains that had been there for years. Those stains all disappeared. But more importantly you will be dealing with someone who has been cleaning rugs for years and Eric knows what he is doing. He will be honest with you when discussing your rugs regarding if he can get the stains out etc, which is just the nature of the business,, but man is this guy talented!! They did an amazing job cleaning the rugs I bought at an auction without really inspecting them. I had no idea how filthy they were, and I had no expectations that they could ever look decent. Justin from Complete Carpet did an AMAZING job. It was our first time to use Complete Carpet and they will be the only company we ever call again! We have my mom's carpet cleaned often and this is the best cleaning we have ever had and we could not be more pleased! Justin was able to remove stains off carpet, cleaned the kitchen tile, and was very gracious to my 82 year old mom. The cleaning supplies have a pleasant and clean aroma. Five stars!!

My house was built in 2019 which we only have certain areas in our home that are carpeted. We have a nice home but we also have lots of loved ones who stop by to visit. With that being said and not that it was tremendously needed but I felt it was time to clean my carpets and have a fresh look. Justin was absolutely fantastic! I called Complete Carpet after only reading positive Google reviews and the woman who answered the phone was just as friendly, professional, and helpful as Justin, who came out and did the cleaning. Justin gave me his assessment before he started, did an outstanding job, and even stayed to give me tips on keeping my carpet in good shape (I have kids and pets). I will absolutely use them again and reccomend them to anyone looking for great service to their home carpets.

Nathan was great. Called ahead, arrived on time. Living room, Dining room and Bed/bath in an hour. Looks pretty good for 40 y o carpet and this is a traffic zone. No pressure to add any"extras". Great price and he left caramel corn and a good chip clip!
