Best cleaning I've had. Chris was the best tech I've ever had. If you have a crime scene that you need taken care of, call Chris at Zerorez he will get it clean as new in a very timely manner.

Josh arrived on time. He seemed to care about my concerns and addressed them. He did a thorough job. Our carpet looks great in time for our family to visit for Christmas!

We've used Zerorez three times now. The first time was great. Second time it did not come clean (and the employee was not the most pleasant). We had to call and someone who cared came back out and did a fantastic job. So needing carpets cleaned again, we thought we would try them one more time. SAME EXACT THING. The employee talked my ear off trying to explain step by step. I told him I didn't need to know all of that and would appreciate it if he didn't but that didn't matter. He still insulted my intelligence with simple science and then overshot with stuff I will never care about that I guess he thought he would impress me with. He started upstairs which makes sense but backfires every time since it is the downstairs that we care about the most. He finished upstairs and started to do the staircase (which I paid extra for). Then he got a phone call. Told me he had to take it and was outside for probably 10-15 minutes maybe. THEN had the nerve to come in and tell me all about how he was playing legal counsel for some apartment tenant whose daughter was being sued by the owner or something that I absolutely care nothing about. All the while the solution that he sprayed on the carpet dried. And then he had to rush through it because he had wasted my appointment time playing lawyer. He did absolutely nothing for our carpet. He tried to tell me it was just old carpet but this was THE EXACT SAME STORY AS THE PREVIOUS CLEANING. WHAT IN THE WORLD? The main traffic areas had the same spots. While he was there, HE SCHEDULED ME ANOTHER CLEANING THE NEXT DAY WITH "A BOSS." Why wouldn't he just try to do a better job right then? I cannot even fathom how this company stays in business. No one reached out to confirm this appointment and we were trying to get ready for family coming over for Christmas. So we couldn't put our house back together and had to wait an additional day. I had to call to find out if someone was coming and spoke to a regional representative who assured me the guy coming would get the job done and then SHE WOULD REACH BACK OUT TO SEE HOW THEY COULD MAKE IT RIGHT. Did she do that? No. And that's what's wrong with this company. From the top down they do not care about customer service. FYI, the carpet looked great for 1 week. The same spots are back because they don't really clean it. No solutions. Just hot water. So anything underlying will just resurface very quickly. Save your money and try someone else. So, so disappointed.

Lloyd was friendly, respectful & informative. The carpet looks so much better & it didn’t take long to do 4 bedrooms. The sale price was great too! This is my 4th time to use zerorez & I’ve never been disappointed.

Chris was great! He showed up right on time, was very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job cleaning our carpets. I would absolutely recommend Zerorez to anyone. 10/10

Explained everything, gave me some shoe covers to use as I was still working before it dried.
Carpet was cleaned and it looks much better! I’ll use them again.

Josh was our technician onsite today. He did a wonderful job. It only took him about 30 minutes to complete the job. We only had to bedrooms with carpet. Looks like new carpet was put in. Can’t believe he was working his birthday. Happy Birthday!🎁 🥳

The Zerorez technician called in advance and arrived on time. He had a wealth of knowledge and explained in detail, everything I needed to know and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He completed the job very efficiently and I am very happy with the results. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future.

Josh from Zerorez was supper professional and friendly. He answered all my questions I appreciated the expert advice. Cleaned my living room, dining room and hallway in less than a hour. Would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone looking to get their carpet cleaned.

Lloyd was thorough and explained everything before getting started. He confirmed which rugs were wool vs synthetic and then performed the work efficiently. Once complete he again explained the post care instructions. They require some drying time but I’m looking forward to having clean rugs!

Usually, when a company gives a three-hour window for an arrival, I expect them to be late or at the very end of the time frame. But Zerorez surprised me by getting in touch and showing up early! Booking was a breeze, and Lloyd was a true professional, super polite, and friendly. He made sure to explain everything clearly and got the job done quickly and thoroughly.

If you EVER need your homes carpet cleaned, do NOT, I repeat, do NOT use #Zerorez! I spot cleaned an area in our living room just to test the new homeowners carpet cleaning machine my daughter bought, expecting to see very little dirt, this weekend, just over 3 months since #Zerorez had cleaned the same carpet and the water came out FILTHY TWICE! I called to express my dissatisfaction and the ladies to whom I spoke were both NOTHING but full of excuses, blamed it on us, and refused to do anything! NEVER again will we use them and HIGHLY discourage ANYONE from hiring #Zerorez; they do NOT stand behind their work and a $200 carpet cleaner from the big box stores does a better job!

Having kids and animals, carpets get insanely gross...I could hear all the debris being sucked up the hose..not even close to what a in home carpet cleaner does. It's way better and more thorough.

The tech was nice- he was 3 hours early so I wasn’t prepared. I threw my back out trying to get a few things moved since the schedule (not my fault) was somehow flipped by the company. I paid $150 for a “great room” and a rug to be cleaned. Was told to keep fan and AC on for dry out time of 4-6 hours and here I am, 9 hours later and carpet is still wet-wet. The rug (8 x 10) cleaned, drug across to the other side of the “great room” on top of already wet/cleaned carpet and that section is even more wet underneath. Not happy about anything at this point. Goal was clean and dried before my wheelchair bound daughter could come back home so originally thought showing up 3+ hours before my scheduled appointment might have been a GOD send. Such a disappointment…… Don’t fall for the promotion or hype. The dark parts=still dirty!

I was extremely pleased with the efficiency of the work done by the 2 Zerorex workers today. They were courteous, prompt, and competent.

Joshua did a great job - very thorough and quite personable. He knew what he was doing and explained everything to us every step of the way. And the carpets all look great!

Kyle has treated my carpets twice and I’m signed up for the two times a year cleaning. I’m a customer who likes to know what the product is and exactly how it works. They will walk you through every step and give you every detail about what they’re doing to your carpets which really makes me happy as a customer. I would recommend Them to anyone who is looking to have their carpets cleaned! Fantastic service, and very thorough explanation of the process.
