We had tough pet odors on area rugs and when the first treatment didn’t take care of them Nate returned and retreated at no charge to make sure all was addressed. We will be sure to use his company again!

They did a great job on my carpets. I had filthy carpets with urine stains, etc and Nate came and out a special treatment on the carpets and cleaned them right up. Once the carpets were dry, everything was clean and fresh.

What a transformation of our tile and grout! Our home is only 4 years old but you’d be amazed at how the dirty the grout can get ... but not a problem for Nate ... he made our doors look like new. Not only that, but the care taken to protect our hardwood floors from the equipment was great. AND THEN he cleaned our hardwood on his way out. I have owned Peoria Child Care for over 40 years and had various companies care for our Carpets and tile floors. We've had sloppy maintenance crews that splatter wax on our walls, we've had undependable people who didn't show up after my staff moved shelves full of toys and furniture off the floor, we've had crews who have stolen from us and we've walked into freshly applied wax over incomplete strip jobs. So naturally I was reluctant to try Nate at Williams Surface Pro even though he came highly recommended by one of my Teachers. She knew him from the work he had done at her Church.
So fast forward to my joy at walking in to the best my floors have ever looked since I built my building back in 1997.
