don't use this company! $240 for a "deep clean" and there was still gunk on my kitchen floors, cabinets, baseboards, and shower tile, called the owner/manager and they didn't seem too concerned, terrible service, cleaner came back out and still wasn't done right, owner didn't call to see if it was cleaned properly, I was so aggravated and frustrated I just didn't want to deal with them ever again, my only goal was that no one else would use them either!!!

Best cleaning and vacuum store in Tulsa. I've had them come out and clean once and they were wonderful friendly super organized and got the job done, the place was spotless and neat. Thanks!

Best house cleaning service of ALL that I have used. My husband, who always finds fault with the cleaning services I have used in the past said this was the best cleaning he has seen and was very complimentary. What a nice surprise. Can't say enough great things about the owners and their staff!

I am absolutely amazed at how thorough the crew was. There was a ring in my toilet that I would scrub and scrub and could not get rid of. Magically, after they left the rings were gone. One person spent at least 2 1/2 hours on my kitchen, which was pretty clean to begin with. Thank you Cory and Colby. Would definitely recommend.

I Love love this store! I have been shopping here for several years. I buy all my Kirby bags and smelling good there. They are the ones I go to when I need some good cleaning products they also have a maid service I haven't tried.

The BEST vacuum shop in Tulsa! They are honest and do great work. The shop is so cute as well. They sell cleaning products that are good for the environment as well as great gifts like soap, cloth bags, aprons, brooms, etc...

WOW! Customer service does not get any better than this! I am a regular customer of this store and have always experienced prompt, friendly and timely service for my vacuum cleaner. The brush on my Miele vacuum was not turning and as a result would not vacuum. I called 20 minutes before closing time to find out how long they would need to repair it and Charles walked me through how to fix it on the telephone. He was polite and patient walking me through each step (it needed to be reset after something had been caught in it) and explained why the problem had occurred, Charles saved me a trip to the store and a repair bill. If you need a vacuum repaired or need to purchase a new one, I would highly recommend this business and Charles if you have the opportunity to be there at the same time he is working! (they also have great cleaning products too)

Clean Freaks just fixed my old vacuum cleaner, quickly and at a very reasonable price. They are so nice and so helpful, and they don't try and sell you a new vacuum cleaner! Highly highly recommended.

Clean Freaks vacuum shop is the best! After our vacuum burned up on the day of my son's birthday party and the years of being envious of my sister's vacuum, I knew I had to go to Clean Freaks. We are so happy with our Miele! The staff got me all set up and we couldn't be happier. So many other great products offered in the store as well.

We have inside dogs and cats. Our vacuum makes cleaning "fur baby" hair from furniture and floors so much easier than any vacuum I've had before. Also, the vacuum is substantially lighter and less noisy than others as well. I highly recommend the products, the service and the always friendly, knowledgeable staff.

Our experience with clean freaks was great. We had to schedule with very little notice. They were available when we needed them the most. Our specialist Sonya was amazing! She was prompt, professional, and very thorough! Would definitely recommend there service!

I have used Clean Freaks for about 6 months now and I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful they've been. I started using them when I had surgery last fall and could not use my right arm (and I'm right handed) for 6 weeks. I loved it so much that I kept them on biweekly, and it makes my day to come home to a spotless house. Their rates are also very reasonable. Shout out to Roxanne for being fabulous and always doing a great job, and for putting up with my crazy dogs.

Ricardo's wife answered the phone when I called; she cleans houses professionally and was able to recommend the perfect vacuums based on my house. I went to the store and was totally impressed by the storefront and the knowledgable sales people. Not pushy, just helpful. Will be going back to buy more cleaning supplies!

This is one of my favorite stores! After researching vacuums, I decided to purchase a Miele vacuum from Clean Freaks. I have not been disappointed with my purchase. Clean Freaks has serviced my Miele for the last several years and it still works like new. The sale people are always available to answer questions and the service is completed in a timely manner. I have tried many of the cleaning products they carry in the store and have never been disappointed. I highly recommend Clean Freaks if you are in the market for a new vacuum!

If you're in the market for a Miele vacuum this is practically THE only place to go-to in town. The only other dealer in town, won't name names, should really have their dealer license revoked.

Going in I pretty much knew what I wanted after unhealthy amounts of internet research. Tracie still spent an hour or so walking me thru everything. Got a better deal than online and I know the warranty will be valid if the time comes to use it.

Bonus points they have their own on-site repair technician and abundant parts.

Love Clean Freaks! They are professional, prompt and have a great knowledge base of vacuums and cleaning products! I will also be getting my vacuum serviced from them, as I trust them and appreciate their "over-the-top" customer service! I was recommended by a friend to check out Clean Freaks and I’m so glad I did. The staff was professional, knowledgeable and very kind to take the time and talk to me about the different products offered in their retail outlet. It didn’t take me long to search through their high-end product and find something that I love. I’m looking forward to going back and discovering more that this store has to offer and recommend that others check it out.

This past Monday we had Clean Freaks (Shawntavia and Ashley) clean our kitchen. They arrived promptly at 12:30 just as was scheduled. In two hours they had our kitchen spotless. They cleaned the refrigerator and the oven. They cleaned and sanitized the countertops and wiped down all the cabinet doors. They did a deep clean at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Clean Freaks. I’ll be using them again in the future.
