The house was very dirty from the previous owners and needed a facelift..After a complete paint job, new tile, Lam beam, crown molding thru out, it was time to deep clean .. I still have yet for them to complete all of the services I pay for each time they come out. It has been a few months now and they haven't even wiped inside of my fridge or touched the back porch area. I would recommend them for standard cleaning but not for any additional services because they more than likely will not be done like at my house. I have even called and talked with them about it and they stated they would have someone come out and check on maids after service...only for maids to call someone and nobody them comes out to 'double check' service I received.

They knew what they were to did a great job. Soo clean. They were quiet and polite and professional. I would like to same girls again.

I still love all that Rebecca does to deal with my particular needs and wants in my home. She is always so helpful and tries her best to do things the way I prefer. She is also so pleasant and works so hard. Just love that woman so much. I’ve become more used to the products. They are mostly sufficient and leave the house smelling fresh. I do want to discuss the inner rims of the toilets with her tomorrow during her visit. I don’t know what these gals use as an instrument to clean inner toilet, but there is a lot of black moldy looking stuff that I hate. I may ask her to use my toilet wands every now and then to scrub under that rim. Other than that, I love the service and all of the people. I’m glad Rebecca is doing training for new employees. She’s the best!

I cannot recommend this cleaning company. We used them for about two months to clean a large (7,700 sq ft) home every other week and the biggest issue we had was consistency.

We had problems starting with the first visit, so that should have been a sign in hindsight. Despite meeting with someone during the estimate and going over everything, we had to walk the team members through the house again. This happened two or three times, even though we were told they would always have instructions and know the house layout.

We had a visit where two cleaners came for the whole house, then it became apparent they either cleaned too slowly or didn't have enough people, because two or three more young women were brought in. Yet somehow, one of their cleaners was able to do the whole house herself at one point.

During our last visit, which prompted us to switch, careless mistakes were made, like leaving a huge blob of shampoo on the master bathroom shower floor and toothpaste on the bathroom counter.

We had problems with them arriving an hour or two later than the window of time provided the day before. We also didn't like how it was never the same team. Which I know isn't always possible, but at least try to stick to the same 3 or 4 people.

The way employees are treated also seems questionable based on a recent review, what I witnessed (during our first cleaning, I overhead one young woman who was on the verge of tears tell her teammate she was struggling), and what we heard from our new cleaning company. Who KILLED it the first day, and are far more professional in every sense. They told us during our estimate they have a lot of ladies who have left Merry Maids to join them.

Go with a different company if you need something weekly or every other week. Once a month with them would be fine.

I had them come out before to my last place and it took forever to book with them cause nobody returned my calls then they finally did set up a time . Then the day showed they kept calling pushing the time back then had to reschedule to the next day then next day comes was late over 3 hrs did clean nicely but told me for the issue they would come out again for a free four hrs. Have been calling trying to book but I guess the place is closed or something cause I’ve call for 3 days straight and left messages with no response.....they are good at what they do it’s just the point it takes for them to get there and do the job .

I purchased this service for an ill friend as a Christmas present. The maids that came were friendly and the house looks and smells better now. I had NEVER used a service before. I would recommend giving first timers a little information on what to expect or maybe even an example of what a list could look like. I was able to figure it out as I was going along but if better upfront information was given I would have been better prepared for the ladies.

This company is a big joke. They come in and have you do a whole walk through to make sure they can meet your needs but never do. Always send different people out ect. They don’t do a good job cleaning! The only 2 people in the whole company is Shelby and penny! I requested they be the only ones to come to my home and they can’t even accommodate that! They always charge you wrong I’ve literally always have to call about my bill because the office doesn’t know basic math. I would not recommend them!
