We’ve been dealing with Air Masters for nearly a month now, and unfortunately, the experience has been a long series of misdiagnoses, temporary fixes, and recurring failures.

Our system was inspected and “repaired” multiple times, with different explanations given each visit; ranging from the float switch, capacitor, condenser fan motor, defrost board, and thermostat, to wiring issues and malfunctioning heat strips. Nearly every time, we were told it was resolved… only for the unit to fail again within hours or days, often blowing hot air into the home during extreme heat.

Despite numerous parts being replaced, we never received consistent cooling or a clear, lasting resolution. It ultimately took a second HVAC company, brought in by our property manager—to step in and reevaluate the system.

We genuinely hoped to avoid leaving a review, but this has impacted our comfort, peace of mind, and sense of safety. We can’t confidently recommend Air Masters based on our experience. We strongly suggest doing your research and considering other companies if you’re in need of reliable HVAC service.

My heat went out and thank god air masters was here to save the day! My technician Robert Pierce was very helpful and patient. He took the time to explain the issue and the ways to fix it instead of just quoting me the highest price for the repair. 10/10 will definitely be using them again for all my hvac needs!!

We were told by another company, our furnace needed to be replaced. The estimate was several thousands to get going again. So we decided to get a 2nd opinion, we chose Air Masters. They were able to come out quickly. The technician Bobby was very friendly. He figured out the problem and had it fixed in less than 15 minutes. The price was very affordable. Thank you so much Air Masters, you have a customer for life.

He had no problem with me following him around, watching & asking questions. He actually educated me on how that AC unit works. Our heat system went out Saturday night in the middle of a winter snow storm. I called Hendrick H&A Sunday morning to have our heat unit fixed. The repair man looked & told me it needed 2 parts replaced and it would be 2-3 day's to get them. He made a call and then told me they could replace the whole system that day. I asked for repair cost and was being given high replacement quotes for everything. I felt like I was being taken advantage of so I called AIR MASTER INC. on Monday.I spoke to Kendra and explained my situation. She was so helpful & reassuring & would try to get a repair out as soon as possible. Repair man Johnny came out & took a look & explained everything to me and told me that it only needed one small part replaced. Johnny got the part came back & replaced it & had our heat system up and running all on the same day and saved us money. Johnny is a great knowledgeable repairman & treated me right. He is such a kind honest soul and you don't see that as much with people anymore. I highly recommend giving AIR MASTER a try and I believe you will be pleased with their service.
