Jacob came out in the middle of a downpour and got my AC working like it was supposed to. It wasn’t anything scheduled. It was 80 degrees in my house and he came out on short notice. He went above and beyond in my opinion and we will definitely be using them for all of our AC needs.

Jacob Palmer is the angel that showed up to fix my AC after the June 19th windstorm caused power outages all over the state. Reasonable price, knowledgeable, skilled, tidy, and fast. He did everything by himself because his helper was out of pocket helping family. Jacob knew it was critical to fix my AC before the 100° weather hit. Thank goodness for Jacob and Specific.
