Service wizards is great to deal with. I purchased a home that the warranty had expired on and Service Wizards was great by helping us out to work through issues with the manufacturer. Wes and Vickie are both super responsive and very professional. They very easily could’ve turned their back and said too bad and really wouldn’t have been doing the wrong thing per the written warranty however they took the extra step and went the extra mile to do what they Knew was right and honest

I had an appointment at creoaks this afternoon at 1pm. I arrived a little early so I parked at the south end of the lot near your business entrance and got out of my car because it's Merrell mushroom time and I thought I would just check under the row of pine trees outside of the property fence on the west end for any signs of mushrooms. I saw a gentleman walking across the parking lot towards me and I thought oh man he wants to know what I'm doing, therefore not feeling guilty of anything I acted normal and polite until he got close enough and I said hello how's it going and he proceeded to raise his phone and say can I help you and as I was about to tell him sorry for disturbing you just looking for mushrooms he removed a knife from his belt at the same time. I immediately went back to my car and parked closer to the creoaks door. I just wanted to let you know I am a combat veteran and I get counseling at creoaks for ptsd depression mania and anxiety. Check your cameras he had no idea the fire he was flirting with, a disrespectful man like that is worthless to any company or especially friends. What if I had a bad day? What if it was someone else and pulled a gun out of fear for their lives. Let him know it was his lucky day today. Maybe not so much next time. Thanks for your time!

Our food service business has used OK chiller for the last year - they are extremely responsive, professional, and quick to remedy issues. They dont nickle and dime customers either and are always open to discussing/negotiating invoices if they appear to be incorrectly charged. Dealt with HVAC companies all over USA - you have a gem here in Tulsa

Finding a company that lives out its values to care for its customers as much as its people is rare. Even better is that no matter the situation, they are committed to doing the “right thing” in every situation. I applaud an organization that leads like this from the top down.

Always delivers as promised great rates and honest. Was given an estimate by another company Triad came in diagnosed a different problem fixed the unit it was running the same day and at a much cheaper price. Highly recommend!

I had them replace all the ducting and installed their top rated heat and air unit. They made sure that I received all promotional rebates. This saved me a lot of money. The unit is so quiet at times you wonder if it's on. The only complaint I would have is that it didn't come with what I call a smart thermostat. Employees are courteous and know their stuff.

Fantastic team of people who follow through, have reasonable prices (normally below others), and quick response times. I prefer using Triad because their employees care. They are not a one price/box fits all, but tailor to individual needs. You can't go wrong with Triad Services!

I use Triad for all my home and my rental property HVAC repairs. There's always a quick response and their techs are professionals. For me personally, they've done complete new installs, replacements, moved A/C units to new locations, chased down faulty sensors and relays, replaced circuit boards and simple things like cleaning a heat exchange or topping off coolant. I can trust them for honest advice on when to replace vs. fix something. I highly recommend them to all my friends for both residential and commercial work. I can fix most everything in my house, but when it comes to HVAC, if it's not something super obvious, I just call Triad.

Went to Triad for a second opinion after one of the big name guys came out and quoted me a price to fix my AC for thousands of dollars. Glad I did. Turns out it was a minor issue that Triad was able to repair for several hundred dollars. Unlike the big name guys, Cody and Tim were honest and upfront and didn’t try to upsell me or make any unneeded repairs.

Beware of the big name guys! Go straight to Triad, but if you make the same mistake I did and get an outrageous quote then get Triad to give you a second opinion! You’ll be glad you did.

Very pleased with Triad. They come twice a year to check on unit. They’re always exactly on time and very efficient. Filip was the tech.He answered all my questions completely. I’ve been with Triad for 5 years.
