I called Triad because they are a local Lennox dealer and my unit is a Lennox. Local dealers typically know the systems well and have parts. I really like the woman I spoke with on the phone. Very on the ball which made a good impression. The tech's name was Chad I believe. He did diagnosed to problem quickly and got it repaired quick. He 100% knew what he was doing and was in and out. I'd definitely recommend and use again.

We have subscribed to their service plan for several years and have been very happy with their service and have found them to be very reliable.
I had to call them one time after hours for my neighbor who is not an established customer and they were very prompt to send out a service person who corrected the problem and charged a reasonable fee. We highly recommend Triad Service Company.

I have known the owners, Tim and Rhonda, for many years. I refer Tim to my home buyer and seller clients and have always had good reports come back. Tim has worked on my personal properties as well. Be sure and get all the details prior to engaging in any work with Triad. The timeline that they initially gave was no where close to the actual timeline available. They send a tech out and charge $115 and hour for 5 minutes worth of "measuring" on a unit that they have worked on prior to this. I understand that time is money but this was a bit ridiculous.

I would highly recommend Triad. My technician Nash was timely, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed a problem that a prior company had overlooked. It was clear that he was highly trained and a professional.

I love Triad, and most especially Evan Killian, SO MUCH! If you need any assistance with your heating and air, definitely ask for Evan at Triad. This year he installed a heat pump in a garage renovation and boy, oh boy, does that system work beautifully. My home still has a traditional HVAC/compressor and I spent most of this hot summer out in the new studio because it was sooooo much cooler than the house! Evan Killian, folks. He’s the real deal, and a super nice guy to boot.

Recently we had to replace our upstairs AC and heater due to age. Michael and Deontae showed up right on time when they said they would with everything they needed to replace the old AC and Heater combo. They were knowledgeable, professional and courteous and friendly while working around my family and in my home. They also took time to makes friends with our family dog :) They tested all the new equipment, showed me how to maintain my new filter stack and even programmed my thermostat for me! Extremely grateful for the Fast and Exceptional service provided by this company. When our ac unit went out they responded with all necessary parts and repairs in less than 24 hours. Service man Nash was extremely polite, courteous, and informative during the repair. He went above and beyond to make sure our unit was repaired, cleaned and working properly and provided recommendations to extend the life of our ac unit. I would highly recommended this company to anyone seeking reliable and honest workmanship for ac repair.

Excellent service! Had a neighbor recommend Triad a couple of years ago when my original A/C installer went out of business. During a routine A/C checkup last April, tech found the capacitor was weak. Unit was less than 10 years old and I had an extended warranty with Carrier. Although Triad had not installed my unit and is a Lennox dealer, they went to the extra trouble of contacting Carrier and replacing the capacitor replaced under manufacturer's warranty.

Ethan came out today to perform our Fall maintenance checkup.
He was professional, pleasant and very thorough in making sure our heater will keep us cozy warm this winter!!! So thankful our HVAC company is Triad Service Company!

I have been with triad for years. They installed my system in 2014. My thermostat recently went bad. Nash came out and tracked down the issue. He ordered a new one and came out and installed it to fix the problem. He was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. We really appreciate the service … your AC is very critical when it’s over 100 degrees outside!

Big thank you to Phillip at triad. My business A/C had been down during the major heat wave and he came out a couple of times to find out a motor was down. Got the part in and worked hard to get it replaced and back up.and running. He even hurt his hand and kept at it. He also does work at my house and has been great. Highly recommend him and Triad Service Company!
