I was referred to Triad by a friend of mine in the industry out of town and he suggested I call Triad first. I can definitely see why. They did great work installing a new system for us in a very tight spot and since we have called them for all of our maintenance on our existing system. They really seems to have the customer's best interest in mind and have always quoted me great rates on work. All local and all are very considerate. I have gladly recommended them multiple times.

Evan Kilian has helped us out of more than one jam with our air conditioners at our home and rental properties. He saved us tons of money when he was checking out a nonworking air conditioner at one of my rental properties and noticed that it was probably still under warranty. It was! I think that one saved us well over $1000. Every other time he’s been on time, figured everything out in no time at all, and had us up and running again, the same day. He was recommended by a friend and I have recommended him numerous times to other friends who have been equally as pleased with his work.

Amazing next day service when we had an Atosa fridge that was cooling, but not keeping the temp to food safety standards.
Nash arrived and was quick to identify the problem and resolve it.

We had Josh and Adam as our service technicians from Triad. They came out to replace our furnace and they were quick and efficient in completing the job. They were both extremely polite and kept me informed with their progress and even finished up quicker than originally thought.

My relationship with Triad Service Company goes back almost 26 years when I started helping clients with their real estate needs. When a report reads "evaluate heat & air system" , Triad has been my "go to" for repairs and replacements since about 1999. My primary residence, investment properties and also properties that I manage for other owners are all on maintenance contracts. Your AC service last Spring keep us COOL this past summer. A number of years ago our furnace system quit working. I called Triad Heating and Air Company. They sent several techs and ultimately determined the circuit board had shorted and upgraded our system to meet current manufacturer specs. Our furnace and A/C system has worked great since. Its better than new.

We called out with an a/c went out mid summer. The guys got right out here and had us up and going with a new a/c unit and heater in no time. The crew was super friendly and answered any questions my wife had. Triad is super friendly and helpful and get to you very quickly. I recommend them to any home owner or company needing work done, or just inspected and cleaned.

Josh and Xavier did a great job installing the heater and a/c units. They went out of their way to keep my floors clean since I have light colored carpet. Dustin was also very helpful in answering our questions. Triad is a great company to work with and friendly and competent.

Great experience…. I had a mystery in my system and Triad came out 4 times before they were able to dertermine the problem with the old units. Installed a great new system and I am very pleased.
