No one wants to deal with their AC going out, especially during summer, but First Class Heat and Air made it as painless as possible. Truly it's hard to appreciate anyone when it's 87 degrees in your house, but I really appreciate how easy they made the process and I'm very pleased with the final result!

Two of our properties had an HVAC issue on the same day. Heaters non-functioning on the first cold day of the year, so panic set in. Within an hour, these guys had us covered and did not charge an added fee for emergency service.
Efficient, great communication, professional. We will be using them again (hopefully not too often) for all our properties.

Called First Class Heat and Air on Sunday and they showed up as scheduled Monday morning. Quickly identified the problem with our AC unit and fixed it within 45 minutes. Cleaned the unit and added freon. Charges were reasonable. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them and will definitely keep them in my contacts list.
