Last year I had to replace my heat & a/c with a new HVAC system, and decided to have it installed in my attic. Logic Heating & Air did a fantastic job of replacing the gas system with a high quality, electric system. Turning on my AC this spring, what a nice, even cooling system. Through the winter the heating was the same, nice even heat. Their service is prompt, efficient, and priced right. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Being new to this area I'm grateful to have found them.

These guys do pro work. They're up-front about pricing and don't screw around and don't screw YOU around. Had them out for a mini-split hook-up. They got it up and running and gave good pointers on keeping it running well and answered all my questions. They knew what they were doing and have a really good understanding of how the systems work. Will definitely call them back when I need work done.

He answered all of my questions with patience and without being condescending.
I chose Logic on a whim. (No one I asked could give any recommendations but could tell me who they would NOT use again). My first experience with Logic was very favorable.

Logic built out a great new system for our home. Mini Split in the basement, new HVAC and ducting/vents moved up and installed in the attic for the rest of the house. Also, very quick response time to come out and service any system issues! Satisfied customer here!

I worked with Logic to convert my old slab duct work hvac in my ranch style house to a unit in my attic with new ducting, furnace, and outside compressor. It was a difficult job which they tackled very professionally. The new system works much better than the old one and I am very pleased with the results. I will definitely work with them again.

Chris was awesome! He called about 30 minutes before his arrival, showed up on time and quickly diagnosed our issue- within minutes! Chris was professional and easy to speak with and explained the issue to my husband and I, in a very understandable way. Will definately be doing business with Logic for our future HVAC needs! Absolutely blown away! So grateful - everyone else was booked up until the 24th, we were able to call, get serviced early afternoon and air conditioner back up. Fairly priced, good service and tech was awesome! Being that I am 6 months pregnant I was not excited about having another night in the heat! Great service!!

My AC unit went out on Sat and the guys I normally use were busy. I called your company and they sent out a guy within an hour. He assessed and tried to fix problem, but could not due to needing a new unit.
I was thankful anyways.

I ended up using my guy to install a new unit. But I would use you guys in the future or recommend you.

Every business/contractor should take notes from these guys. I can’t say enough great things. Other than the fact they did a great job and gave us several options. They were professional, considerate and very polite. When everything was done, they cleaned up as if they were never here. That is much appreciated and exceptional customer service. They managed to make the horrible experience of having to buy a new AC unit a pleasant one. We are very happy customers.

Their service tech is awesome, very friendly and gave me a very fair price on my AC fix! Jonathan and RJ (the crew) did a fantastic job! They were very respectful of my house, got my AC up and running again, and they made sure all my questions were answered. I highly recommended Logic!

A/c stopped pushing out cold air at 7pm, called half a dozen places but they couldn’t get a technician out until tomorrow afternoon the earliest but Logic sent a technician out the same night and our a/c was fixed in an hour. Thanks Steve! Appreciate working so late so we didn’t have to spend the night miserable!

Our a/c went out unexpectedly on a Friday night. I called Saturday morning and was placed on their list. Drew called, was to my house quickly, was knowledge and very kind. We will definitely be using Logic again!

James and Jonathon were courteous polite professionals that did their job so well that I barely knew they were there. It took them no time to pull the old unit out and put the new one in with very little issue during the process. Also Logic is very cost effective and get a lot of “bang” for your buck. Best customer service all along the way while being polite and answering any and all questions I had. I will definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a heat and air company. Soon I will bring them back to install a solution to cool my upstair rooms. A+ service 100% satisfied with every step of the way.

I have nothing but good things to say about the service quality and promptness of Logic. I've had a problem with my mini split AC for the past 3 years since it was new. Logic discovered that the original setup was wrong and had it fixed in just a few minutes. My unit has been under a service contract for 2 years but that company never discovered the problem. I highly recommend Logic for your AC needs.

We’ve been using Logic for two years now and we love them. They’ve been great to work with for maintenance and the occasional repair on our 20 year old Trane furnace system, especially their service manager, Chris. Their customer service desk is super pleasant to talk to as well. Even had to call them on a freezing cold weekend once for an emergency service and they had someone out within the hour!

my husband and i had amazing service from the consultation to the install. Rob and Jason did an amazing job. Rob and Jason were very helpful, very informative, very professional, easy to talk to. We could not of asked for better service. We had checked out a few different places and A Best Air & Heat was by far the best price as well as the best service. from the consult to the end of the install, all of our questions were answered in an easy to understand way. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable and super friendly. He did a fantastic job taking care of our issue and keeping our system running at top performance. Plus they made it out within about 2 hours of calling. Highly recommend and if Robbie is your service guy you will be in good hands.
