Fast and professional. They replaced both my heater and air conditioner the same day. Thank you for an incredible job.
After lightning storm fried motherboard(s) in several of my electronic components, they came and repaired my HVAC and install new thermostat to get me back to keeping my family happy.

I have dealt with A Best three separate times. Every time they were prompt, if not early, friendly & professional. Any repairs I've needed were very reasonable with prices & informative on what needed done. I can't say enough good things. Great company! Keep up the good work!

The technicians were very friendly and fixed the issue I needed. I took off a star because the issue they fixed was just a matter of plugging a single wire in and I got charged 300 dollars for that - I feel robbed. I could have gone to another company and asked for a diagnosis for 100 dollars and plugged the wire in myself, or if they weren’t looking to nickel and dime me they could have charged a diagnosis for 100 instead and told me to plug the wire in.

Helpful guys, and they knew what they were doing but in the future I would not contact them for hvac services just because of the bad taste I had in my mouth after.

We have used this company for years. We paid for the yearly maintenance package. The technician said our drier was bad & would cost $750! I got a second opinion & the part is just fine. The safety switch was shutting it off.
I’ve decided to go to with another company. I will say when we called, A Best agreed to refund our yearly fee & the maintenance call. Customer service was easy to work with.

I would recommend this company. They did a great job explaining what we needed to replace out old unit. Got a few quotes from other places and A Best Air & Heat had the best deal for us.The installers where very professional, very polite and explained everything that we needed to know like programming the new thermostat, the warranty, and how often to get it serviced. These guys did a wonderful job on cleaning everything up. Thank you!! We now have heat as well as A/C

Tech Robby charged my card without my authorization or performing any service. Best Air and Heat's proposed solution was to refund me and deny me service, solely because I left a one-star review due to poor treatment. When I inquired about the charges, Robby yelled at me and abruptly hung up.

Initially, I intended to advise against doing business with Robby alone. However, I now feel compelled to condemn the entire company. It's ironic that a simple apology and explanation could have prevented this escalation. I was even prepared to overlook a previous incident where I witnessed an employee arguing with a coworker about their poor customer service practices.

If a technician named Robby Bedford is dispatched to your home, request a different one. He is a poor representative of the company, displaying terrible customer service. He charged my card for a service he never rendered. I am exploring ways to include screenshots as evidence of this lack of transparency. He refused to itemize the charges and sent a vague quote for AC service stating "best service level 1 $301". This "best service" was charged twice. He became extremely agitated when I questioned the charges, the only detailed item being a $144 service plan.

In summary: I strongly caution against engaging with this company, particularly if Robby Bedford is involved. His unprofessional conduct and unauthorized charges reflect poorly on Best Air and Heat.

I want to thank you Anthony for repairing my furnace that was not heating properly. He ran all kinds of diagnostic procedures. He was not completely sure, if it was fixed. So he made an appointment for the next day to have the lead technician come out to double check. That night the furnace was running fabulous!! It was repaired! Thanks Anthony for taking the time to repair it right. You were kind, professional, and I will always ask for you to repair my heating and Air Conditioning. Job well done!

We needed to replace our 40+ year old furnace. We called A Best for an estimate to replace the furnace and a/c at the same time. The response time was quick and the estimate was significantly better than another company we had contacted. George and James did an excellent job getting the job done. Both systems were installed and tested in the same day. All questions were answered. I would definitely recommend them!

A Best Air always sends knowledgeable, friendly, helpful experts who empower me to understand what's wrong with my unit and how to prevent it in the future. They do efficient work and are honest with their pricing. I always feel like I get fast service and a great rate. I've used their services for years with rental properties, and now they've come to the rescue again at my home! These things always happen on the hottest days of summer, after 5pm, and on holidays and weekends - they answer the phone, call back, and keep us cool every time. Thanks A Best team!!

A/C shutdown at the worst possible time, on a day with a heat index of 117+. Called around 11am to set up appt. They said they would be out between 2-5pm, which I thought was great because I'm sure they had a full schedule. They called and said they could get over even earlier due to a cancellation. Once arriving Jason (service tech) was able to quickly diagnose the issue, explain what was needed, and got the A/C running again. He was also with Kenny, the owner of the company! They were great. I will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of a repair or even maintenance.

Kenneth, our service technician was great! He showed up timely & was very thorough & knowledgeable about our situation with our unit. He fixed the problem and had great suggestions to keep our unit running smoothly. They have great pricing for weekend hours too. Most places double their weekend prices, but not A Best. They only charge the normal service fee & whatever else is needed to fix the unit. I highly recommend A Best Heat and Air.

I have to say A Best Air and Heat is very prompt. I called them for a service visit and within an hour I had one of their techs by the name of James Thompson and the owner Kenny Green. They were very thorough at pinpointing down the issue with my AC unit. They were very respectful and provided great understanding on the issues with my unit. I knew it was about time to have the unit replaced and now appears to be the time it needs it. I will be out of pocket thousands of dollars in the long run but my family will be cool for the summer which is important. They took pictures of the unit and showed me the areas of concerns and issues. They also are not there to rob you by doing a service repair that would result in the unit going out later on down the road. I was given the price to repair the unit in its current state and to just go ahead and upgrade the system. They are truly there to make sure they provide you will all the options instead of doing a quick fix to see them again the next week. If you are looking for a professional company to do AC repair give them a call and you wont be dissatisfied with their work. My unit went out and the next day their were out to install the new unit. Kyle came out to fix our problem. He was very professional. He was extremely efficient and had us up and running in no time. With it being 24 degrees outside on Christmas Eve we could not be
more thankful! NEW VISIT.... June 2023 ...Our a/c went out on Saturday, they sent Kyle out on Sunday he located our problem which was a motor. He found the part first thing Monday morning and we were running again. This company is fantastic!! Very honest and dependable. Our unit is aging and I will never buy from anyone else. They have life long customers!! THANK YOU.

We had a great experience with A Best. Jarred our salesman was very helpful and was honest. Nick the electrician was very knowledgeable and quick. Josh and Bret were great with their install. Answering all of our questions and listening to our concerns. A Best was also the only company out of 4 quotes to physically go into our attic and look around before providing our quote. Kyle came out and performed a winter maintenance check. I have a new Mini-Split that he also checked out. He was Amazing!

I know I am not being taken advantage of with this company. I highly recommend them.

Our AC decided to stop working during the night. Called A Best the next morning and had a Technician at our house within an hour. Unfortunately the AC was not repairable so we had to look to install a complete system. A Best was able to move some things around and installed our new system the same day. To say I was amazed does not properly describe my feelings...overwhelmed with gratitude starts to explain. The installation was smooth and the Technicians were very professional and thorough. The Manager, Jared, was very attentive as were the Technicians. I highly recommend contacting A Best for your heating and air issues.

Quick and fast! I called in the morning and they were able to get someone out that same day. In fact, they were ahead of schedule and the technician got to me hours earlier! Kyle was professional and was able to diagnose the problem quickly. Gave me upfront pricing instantly so I didn't have to wait until the end to be shocked! A Best Air was the first company I've called to work on my unit since moving into my house and I'll be using them from now on.

They were great for awhile. We were on a maintenance program. One of their guys caught that our A/C was running to long and determined there was a leak under the house. They suggested we have someone come out and inspect it further and quote a repair. After several calls of trying to set that up, they came out. They mentioned some in the office were sick, but the office would give us a quote. 2 months and 8 calls later still no response from the manager. Called today and cancelled my plan with them.

James brown was the repair technician who came to service my heater. He was very respectful and professional. He came out on not just a weekend but a holiday as well. He politely and respectfully educated me on the issue with my heater and told me the price of replacement parts and service up front. I’d be happy to refer A Best to anyone. I hope I don’t have to use their services again but if I do need more assistance I wouldn’t hesitate to give them a call.

John Carmichael, Richard. LaSarge, and James Thomson provided excellent service. They were very polite and professional, and they did a fantastic job installing a new heat and air conditioning system the day after Thanksgiving when ours existing system kicked the bucket.

The company that we currently use for our service was not able to get out there. We were without a furnace and A Best Air and Heat, Inc came right out. They gave us excellent service even though we did not have a contract with them.

They were the absolute best. The guys that did the install were amazing. I did allot of research and hands down, A Best was the best for price and commitment to us as a customer. They truly care about you and your needs and making sure you are taken care of and get what you need, and not worried about breaking your bank. All around they were amazing. Highly recommended. Will always use them and refer them to anyone.
