Been using this company for over a year. Very happy with our yard. Today, Tim Wilson came and he was so polite.

Fairway is significantly more expensive than other lawn services. We hired them with the understanding that they could control Poa Anua and Nut grass. We also paid extra for insect control, especially ants. None of those objectives were achieved. We also noticed that our grass was not as green as our neighbors' grass, which was unusual compared to previous years using other Services. When I hand pulled the Poa Annua they tried to sell me grub worm control, pointing out the places where I had pulled the weeds they did not control. They’re always trying to upsell you to other services. Furthermore, we still have a significant ant problem, which their treatment treatments seem to do little to control. I have done better using products myself for a lot less money. They say they treat the yard and invoice for it but fail to come out , state they have when you call, then say, "Oh, it's scheduled ____". We see where there are distinct application errors, i.e., patches where weeds abound in the middle of the yard at various places and along the borders and sidewalks where they failed to spread or stopped and started elsewhere. It is quite obvious. When I kept complaining about the nut grass, they failed to control, In late August they treated my yard and killed the grass, BROWN. I checked the spots, large spots, that were turned brown, and there was no nut grass in them. There were trails through the green grass where they had left the nozzle flowing. But really the whole yard looks sick. When I hired a new service to come out, they said that there is nothing they can do for this year, but they will start putting the winter fertilizer on and pre-emergence for a new season. Stay away from fairway lawn.

Fairway Lawns of Tulsa has provided services for our lawn for several years. They are always on time with the lawn treatment and provide great service.

A sign was not left in my yard and we never saw the yard technician so we were not sure if our yard had been treated. So I called Fairway and they sent out Keith. He was very nice and understanding of the situation. He treated our yard at no extra charge. Our neighbor and our son uses Fairway also and I always notice how good their yards look- thick, green, and healthy. I just need for the tech to always leave a sign!

They’ve done a great job getting my yard where it needed to be after years of just mowing. They give suggestions that have been helpful throughout this process. I’m very happy with the outcome. You can see in my pictures where I started with very little Bermuda and tons of weeds and where the growing season ended with tons of Bermuda and little to no weeds. It’s super convenient that they do everything for you and have the knowledge to treat your weeds correctly and you don’t have to do anything.

We have been customers of Fairway Lawns for over 10 years. Our first technician -John - did a great job for several years but got promoted to supervisor I was told. We have had various technicians since then. The last year and half has been AWFUL! Tech does not show up at all several times and then we have to make multiple calls to get anybody out. Our yard has weeds and we are starting to wonder if they water down the chemicals when they do come. I have currently been waiting for the second day to have a manager call me back after they skipped us again. It is ridiculous as they treated houses around but not us again even though we knew they were coming and gate was as left unlocked. Our cameras picked up tech in our yard but he did nothing and left. No sign in yard either. Very disappointed that they treat long term customers this way! I would think a manager calling back would be top priority when the is the 3rd time they have skipped us this year alone!

These guys are great to work with on your lawn care. I have had them now for 2 years and they have kept my lawn looking great. I love all the great service they provide too.

I am very pleased with regular lawn treatments by Fairway Lawns. These treatments have kept my lawn grass thriving and weed free for several years.

Fairway provided a credit to our account and offered to put in sod. We have been a customer for 3 years and are going to continue with them. Things happen and they made it right by us which we greatly appreciate.

Tim communicated with me very well. He texted before his arrival and then again after he treated my yard. He went above and beyond and let me know exactly what he had done for my yard. He also left me some recommendations.

Moving into the third season with Fairway Lawns and it’s never been so covered in weeds. I called in to have them come out to see why this looks so bad, but no visit, no phone call. If anyone has a good company, please let me know.

We have our yard treated on a regular basis and has always been great. But this season and last our treatment hasn’t worked at all. The guys came to our property, and within 5 minutes was done spraying. We have a really nice Bermuda but a month after treatment we have nutsedge, clover, POA and more weeds growing everywhere.

Our last service technician went out of his way to alert me he was treating the back yard. He saw my puppy in the back. He also helped pick up toys. Very polite and did a great job!

We were very happy with our service until we needed to cancel our service while transitioning into a rental while building a new home. The day we called to cancel, a technician arrived and serviced our lawn within an hour of our cancellation. They would not refund us and said there was no way to contact tech in the field. Then, nearly two months later, they serviced our old house AND charged us. The new owners were not happy, and I had to call yet again to cancel. They would not take my word for it and instead said they needed to investigate on their own and listen to the previous phone call before they would honor the cancellation and refund us. Needless to say, we won't be using them again!

We have used fairway Lawns For over five years. I have had to call every spring For the last three years to have weeds, Wintergrass, And several other Plants that should have been taken care of with the pre-emergent Application in the fall. My neighbors Yard Already Looks amazing. I'm Not sure which company they use, But the point is It's user error. They should have been prevented. I'm giving three stars because the rest of the service has been o k. Communication needs work. To get them to come back out. I have to fill out an online form and then follow-up with the 800 number customer service. Because there's no direct line. This also is a hassle.

When I first started using this company Clifton Vick I believe who was the technician did a great job and my lawn looked good! However, Tamara was doing our neighborhood in 2024 and many of us complained to the company of her not doing what invoices said she did and our lawns becoming filled with weeds and looking terrible. I made a complaint after my lawn wasn't being fertile correctly and I had "stripes" throughout my lawn as well as extremely large areas full of weeds. I was contacted by Jake (not sure if he was a manager or not). He said my lawn was cut too short so I measured it for him and it was 3 to 3 1/4 inches high so that's not reason my lawn had yellow strips. He sent Tamara back out to redo my treatment AND reassured me she would walk the yard and spray the large weeds she hadn't sprayed all summer, but she sat in the truck for 10 minutes per my and my neighbor's security cameras before unloading the spreader, driving it around the yard for 2 minutes and leaving. She never walked the yard and sprayed any of the weeds. I reached back out to Jake twice after that and he never responded back to me either time. That kind of customer service is unacceptable so I discontinued my service with them.

I’m not satisfied with this company at all! I started their service last year, they sprayed on my wild flowers and killed them, they gave me credit for 2 applications no charge. They said my lawn will not start showing improvement immediately, I understood, but I’m in the second year, I see no improvements. Weeds are all over my lawn! I didn’t want to sign up with them again this year but they said they’re going to give a discount! So, I agreed to sign up. After the first application, they charged me full amount!!!
Poor service, no results and high in price 👎🏻

We used Fairway Lawns for ten years. The last twelve months of service with them was terrible. Weeds everywhere. I called multiple times to ask them to take care of the weeds. They came out once and nothing changed. The last straw was the tech spraying the front yard and not even bothering spraying the back yard. I called and told them that he didn't spray the back, and they told me he would be back out. He never came back. It's sad that the quality of service has dropped so much.

Edit after the canned reply from the company: I did call you to tell you about this. Twice. I also told you when I cancelled my service the reasons why I, as a customer that used your services for ten years, was cancelling. You didn't care.

One of their techs accidentally killed our entire front yard. A tech came out to inspect and submitted a report saying it was Fairway's fault and they needed to fix it. After this, management ghosted us and did nothing. We kept asking for a callback to discuss our options but got none. After many attempts they changed the story and said they had nothing to do with the damage, even after their inspector admitted the fault. They kept charging the monthly subscription cost but even cancelled scheduled maintenance appointments from then on! Again, no explanation, no callback, and no fix for the damage that they caused. This company does not respect its customers. They do not care about you. To them, you are just an idiot handing over your money. Stay away from them. Tell others to stay away from them too. They are borderline fraudulent.

PS.: Pay no attention to their responses. They are lying. Their customer service is useless. I called the 855 number countless times. You will never talk to a manager.

9/26/25 update: manager managed to call us. They will aerate and overseed at no cost.

9/30/25 update: their manager sent out two techs to aerate and overseed to fix their mistake. The aeration and overseeding did not happen but the techs damaged my neighbor's yard instead. I am uploading photos of the damage. According to Carl the tech, he "just let the aeration machine go where it wanted".

I’ve been using Fairway Lawns of Tulsa for several years now after trying other companies. I even referred them to my next door neighbor and she is happy using them! My weeds is gone, my yard looks great thanks to Fairway Lawns! They are professional, their communication skills are excellent, they will treat your lawn for free if you have any concerns, I highly recommend them!!!!
