I am not renewing my yearly membership. I signed up because some of my neighbors are with Fairway. One of my services was completely skipped they were training someone new and I got billed $70 for it too! I brought this up 4 separate times to customer service and each time they said “we will look into it and have someone call you”
I even brought this up to the guy who's in charge of my route and he said to talk to customer service about it because that was before he was in charge of the route, Well I did, nothing happened, I was still charged for the service but it was never made up. I'm honestly so glad my contract is over. Whats crazy is they tried to bill me for a yearly membership without asking me if I wanted to renew it. They even sent someone out here to come spray without me signing back up, but I wasn’t home then tried to bill me for it and I said nope, not paying that, you can tell them this service was for my skipped service I got billed for. I owe nothing. My contract has been completed. I didn’t sign up to renew. Probably won't recommend you all in the future because even with spraying my lawn I still had a ton of weeds, the gophers have taken over my yard and it looks awful. I will treat this myself and save a good $400!

Had fairway lawns for 1.5 or 2 years and my yard looks terrible. They also could not understand that my property line goes all the way to my neighbors fence. I’ve had to have them come back multiple times and even had an audit done to show them where to spray and still weren’t able to understand.

Lawn was so ugly looking until Fairway came to help. After only 2 treatments our yard looks AMAZING! We also purchased the bug control, alot less ants and spiders around. Great company and workers. A+

Like others, we’ve used fairways for multiple years now, but this year our yard has looked awful the entire spring & summer. Our neighbors who treat their own lawns or use other services all looked better the entire year (not trying yo keep up with the Jones’, just having that to compare results against). Last year we called them out & they blamed it on lack of sun hours (we have no trees & the neighbors didn’t suffer from that, but we kept giving it time). This year there were brown patches well past spring, and neighbors yards were beautiful green. We had a guy come out to analyze it…said it probably had mold, so he’d put treatment down…I let him know that the previous treatment notated that they sprayed for mold, so he decided to wait on that and put something different down. Then a little after that we saw army worms (of which I had asked about before, but aparently they hadn’t put preventative down). When the guy was here for the brown patches, he suggested we let him try to get the yard repaired by spraying various things & if that wasn’t good enough we could request a refund. When we started service it was $68/mo, then $73, $77, $95 and now since January, $100/mo. At $1200/year, our yard should have been nonstop pristine, but it’s been nothing but issues. We cancelled service today and requested atleast a couple months refund and it was refused. We’ve stayed up on watering so it’s not lack of water which today they tried to pull that excuse. Again, we only asked for a couple months refund ($200 total , and they refused…after atleast 3-4 years of paying them & giving them the benefit of the doubt). Truly disappointed. I should add…this is the first time I’ve left a negative review for anyone as I generally try to stick with the positive.

I have been using Fairway Lawns for about 8 years and I really like our tech Thomas as he is very thorough in managing our lawn. I really like that we have the same tech who gets to know the yard so it always looks great. Also, by having the same tech he knows what I do each year, like overseeing fescue in the shade areas, so he can manage what is put down and when to compliment my efforts in keeping a healthy full lawn.
