He was professional and had great work ethic. Communication with the office could have been a bit smoother, but Ross made sure everything went perfectly. The removal of the old water heater and installation of the new one went off without a hitch, and the price matched the estimate. I was very satisfied with the service. The idea of having trenches cut all through the home was really worrying us for lots of reasons. Herbert explained the whole process and managed to fix the issue by just taking out a single piece of ceramic tile and about eight inches of concrete slab underneath. Outside, they only needed to dig a small hole near the septic tank. Everyone on the crew was polite and worked very neatly, and they cleaned up so well when finished. I highly recommend this plumbing team for any major or complicated repairs.
