Had a plumbing part that was otherwise discontinued according to other stores

I had a simple task to order a part for our Blanco Kitchen faucet. Blanco made a simple process complicated. I contacted Heat Wave for help and Nanett Guillory when OUT OF HER WAY to help! I was more than happy to simply purchase the part. She was certain the part was covered by our warranty. I was patient. The part was mailed to us. Our Kitchen sink works great. Cost to us was ZERO!!

It's really nice to work with folks who know what they are doing! I brought in a random faucet stem and they guy behind the counter could tell the manufacturer and the replacement part I needed just by looking at it. Amazing!

The folks behind the counter in the supply warehouse were friendly and knowledgeable! Compared to any other supplier in town they are far superior with understanding, figuring out your project, and overall customer experience. Heatwave Plumbing parts supply store has gained a new life long customer. I went here yesterday for the first time ever. I usually go to a place a little closer to my house that rhymes with clock. As soon as entered the door I was greeted by Ray Long. This gentlemen was one of the most friendly and helpful person Ive experienced in any retail setting. He was super knowledgeable and just simply nice. This trait is hard to find in this type of setting. This was just minutes before they closed for the day but you couldnt tell by Ray's great attitude. I cant say enough about my xperience at heatwave, this gentlemen is a true asset to this business. As far as the actual sales floor and building, it was top notch, new looking and well organized store.
