Had an emergency water leak in my Mobil home in Broken Arrow. The company over charged me $1,785 and wanted to try to get thousands from my insurance company. I would not use them again at all.

Blake and his son (I think his name was Taylor) were wonderful and super helpful! They made me feel very comfortable having them in my home. They were time efficient and got my ac working significantly better. Highly recommend these technicians!

We noticed water leaking by our washing machine but wasn’t sure what was wrong. My husband called Alert over the weekend asking them to call Monday. First thing Monday I received a call from Alfredo to set up the appointment. He explained the problem, fixed it and is knowledgeable and polite. Would definitely recommend!

They took advantage my brother and I, senior citizens. They over charge and price gouge. $50 for a $13 vent. $150 in labor for 10 minutes of work. The bath room is stall cold. We initially called them to install a 2 tone furnace. I don’t thinks it is 2 tones. Alert advised us to NOT call The City to come and inspect. Their explanation seems SUSPICIOUS. I advise all seniors to NOT call them for ANY THING!!!

Called Alert plumbing on Labor Day to check my father in-laws lift station system. It wasn’t running and tripping the breaker. Jamie called us back quickly and came out to his house within 30 min. The system was under 8 inches of dirt and Jamie shoveled and had it open in no time. He found the issue, kids had flushed diaper wipes and the impeller/blade was jammed up. He cleared the jam and had the system draining again. This guy knew his stuff and answered all our questions and concerns. If you need a good plumber call Alert and ask for Jamie. You guys are awesome!

Alfredo was such a great help to resolve a plumbing issue for my tenant. He was friendly, he was on time, he communicated well and cleaned up after the repair. Will always use Alert Plumbing!

Guy and Brian came out today to look at my tankless water heater. First thing, we called and they came out the next day, which was great. I like that they actually listen to you and ask a lot of questions to make sure they understood the issue before tearing into the unit. They found the problem (stuck valve) ordered the part and will be back next Tuesday to replace it. Highly recommend this company

it’s been an all around negative experience. can’t get a hold of a person in charge, inspector couldn’t inspect because they covered up the job, didn’t pull permit till job was almost completed, said they would be here between 9-12 text was sent saying they were on their way in which i waited another 2 hrs for them to show, when confronted about a faulty job i was spoken over and talked down to assuming because im female, did a hard credit check twice for the same job instead of fixing the issue on the backend.

Kevin A came out, he was prompt and professional, offering us for options and discussing the pros and cons of each. We would highly recommend Alert plumbing heat air!

Jose correctly assessed the problem with the leaking toilet and replaced it as well as replacing the flange where the toilet attached to the floor. He also cleaned out the line and found handfuls of wet wipes which were causing a slow drain. Excellent work and communication. Would recommend you ask for Jose.

Reached out to them today to get some help with a plumbing issue and they responded quickly and got us on the schedule. Our Technician Alfredo was super awesome quickly diagnosed the issue we were having and got it fixed. I am beyond happy with the service! Thanks Alfredo!
