Will always use Alert Plumbing from here on out. Customer service was top tier when it came time to scheduling someone to come to our house! When they arrived they were helpful, respectful, and informational!

Daniel is awesome all around from customer service, knowledgeable, informative, and honest from a longevity and short term view. Any question I had he had an answer And gave it straight. He’s a great representation of Alert plumbing, I’m a returning customer and will return again for any of my plumbing needs! From the faint smell under my sink to disassembling my non working water filtration system that takes up closet space in another room, great estimate! I was also informed of their payment plan option, another plus!

Darrell was exceptional at fixing my plumbing issue. He is extremely knowledgeable, great work ethic, respectful and worked very thoroughly and quickly. I would highly recommend Alert because Darrell is an outstanding employee.

John showed up to give me a free estimate at the beginning of last spring and provided the price range in which the job fell. John and Derek showed up to do the work they laid the new water line, MUCH TO MY SURPRISE, the price was in the middle of their estimate! They showed up on time, with great attitudes, and the work they performed was professional. We were not a big customer to their business but were treated like we were and we appreciated the reliable home town service. We definitely were not just another service number for their work day. Had a plumber out within hours of my call. Bryan was very knowledgeable. He was thorough to figure out what was causing my plumbing to back up into and flood out of my crawl space. He took the time to make sure the work was done right and was kind enough to answer all my questions and allowed me to watch the process (so interesting!). Will definitely use this company again. Called them for a leak under my sink. They sent an Air Comfort Solutions van. Air comfort bought them out just like they are trying to secretly buy all the small locally owned companies, present them as locally owned, and dominate the market so they can jack the prices up. They quoted us $900 and $1600 to replace the faucet. The tech called it “better than a band aid”. That price did not include said faucet. Don’t say I didn’t warn you.

Darrell was great he took charge & got the work completed. Daniel, Caleb & the rest of the jet crew were great as well. Also Cameron the manager kept us informed through out the process. Can’t give anything but the highest rating possible. Thank you all!!

I was installing a new faucet. When I turned off the water under the sink the valve gave out and started to leak. Alert sent Kevin out the same day. He was professional and efficient. He replaced the valve and finished my faucet install. This is my fourth time using Alert Plumbing and each time I have been pleased with the outcome.

Kevin was the first to come out and diagnose our problem. We decided to go with the top of the line water heater replacement after we talked through the options. Kevin referred us to a restoration group - actually called the guy on speaker phone right in front of me. He knew, with it being cold out (freezing to low temps), our family needed hot water sooner rather than later. Once he got us set up for service, he turned us over to Josh, who was also professional, responsive, communicative, and informative, just like Kevin. When it was clear we needed to take care of some structural repairs before the water heater could be installed, Josh also reassured us that Alert would be right back out once we were ready for the install. Overall, it made this very unpleasant experience less stressful - and, a bonus was - our very picky dog loved both of these guys, which means they MUST be good humans! :) Thank you, Kevin, and Josh! I have yet to work with the person assigned for our install, but if they are anything like Kevin and Josh, then, I'm going to be happy!

Thet came out unclog the main line. Attempted to clear it and told me if it wasn't to call and they would come back out. They also went over quotes for putting in a clean out since this house did not have one installed. Well tried to run things and it was still backing up. I spent a few days trying to do it myself but with the storm coming, I didn't want the standing water so I called Alert plumbing back. They show up midafternoon on the 23rd and advise they never told me they would come back out to try and .it again and I was making stuff up. Sorry but just because you tell me to believe your lies does not mean I am falling for it.
So I say now with standing water in my pipes I am sure they will all freeze and break during this storm and cause tremendous expense to fix it all.
They just look at me and go " yeah I guess that is what's going to happen now. I should have unleashed the dogs on them while they sat there all smug

Absolutely Fantastic. Daniel came out and just left after fixing a shower drain. I tried everything I could before calling. Glad I did.

He is very good at his work and should be considered a total asset to the company.

If needed again, I would absolutely contact to have future work done.

Nick and Rick were amazing! They worked hard and got my plumbing and gas working. They resolved a few difficult problems. Nick even went above and beyond by repairing my backsplash so the pot filler could be installed correctly.

Very grateful Guy came out to fix our shower not having hot water. We got a same day service call, but needed parts so had to wait over the weekend, but he was back out first thing Monday morning, and was very efficient, thorough, and just so kind.
Great communication all around as well.
We’re very happy.

Robert Gaches, a certified plumbing technician with Air Comfort Solutions in Tulsa did an amazing and very knowledgeable evaluation of all my faucets(inside and outside), drains, toilets, washing machine water lines and hotwater heater this am as part of preventative maintenance offered by ACS. He explained everything he was doing and made recommendations as needed. Robert is such a very courteous and kind young man and I will certainly request him for future plumbing service needs! Warm thanks to Robert!

We thought we had an issue with a water leak - one in each bathroom. We called Alert Plumbing and they came out within 2 hours. We had Ricky here and after a lot of searching and problem solving, he couldn’t find anything. He was VERY thorough and offered expert counsel. And he didn’t even charge us for a service call. Looks like we just found our new plumber and his name is Ricky from Alert Plumbing!

Had a wonderful experience with the guys from Alert. Derek and Caleb were professional and thorough. They let me know what was going on and why they were doing what they were doing. Also, did above and beyond to find a solution to my problem. They were so good that i am using them to repair this problem.

Zachary and Brycen were very friendly and professional. They were able to clean out the clog in my main drain very quickly. They also scoped the line with a camera and located several issues with the line and gave me several pricing options depending on what I wanted repaired. There was no pressure to go with any option. Would definitely use them again.

I guess this company has merged with Air Comfort Solutions and I would NOT recommend them!

I recently had this company come out to replace a toilet fill valve. The technician was at my home for about 15 minutes, and I was charged $240 for the repair.

While the issue was fixed, I was very disappointed with the cost relative to the time and simplicity of the job. A fill valve is a relatively inexpensive part, and the total charge felt excessive for such a quick repair. There was no upfront transparency that the price would be this high.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend this company. I believe the pricing was unreasonable for the service provided.

Derick and Brysen were outstanding! Did the work professionally, gave me some options going forward and understood my limits. Not pushy but sincere. A job well done.

Derek and Brycen did a great job helping us unclog our kitchen sink and get to the bottom of why we continue to have this problem. They were super friendly, honest and took the time to show me exactly what was going on- as well as a plan for what next steps to take. They will definitely be our go-to guys from here on out!

Lowes did a terrible job and left me with a disconnected stove. I called these guys and they sent out Kevin who came very quickly, same day and went above and beyond to hook me up. I can finally use my stove!! He was very knowledgeable and truly cared. I will forever be grateful. He made sure everything was functional and safe before he left. I will call them every time I need anything from now on. You saved the day! Thank you so much Kevin!!! I owe you big time!!
