After losing my husband of nearly 24 years last November, I knew I had to find someone who could help me with a wide array of home repairs and remedies. I’m so grateful for finding Cory and Nichols & Sons. I prefer to work with smaller, local, and family-owned businesses over the bigger guys. Cory came out to do a check on my AC/heating unit last December. He noticed I didn’t have any air filters so he ran to Lowe’s to pick some up and also returned with a carbon monoxide monitor/alarm, which he also installed. Now in July, he removed and installed a new storm door for me and I have several other projects on my Nichols & Sons list. It’s a joy to know them.

Cory has helped us with some maintenance work on a house we’re renting from Jimmy Jones. He’s very kind and helpful. I’m so glad he talked the landlord into getting a new oven instead of fixing the old one. No more burnt food! 😊

Mr. Corey called and was punctual with his arrival. He was very pleasant and honest with us concerning the job and what needed to be done. He did a great job in reasonable time and was on his way. We are pleased, job well done and I recommend him with five (5) stars !

Keaton with JT Services came out and serviced our septic tank. The whole process from scheduling through service was exceptional and would highly recommend JT Services.

We recently had JT Services come out to inspect our A/C units. Chris did a great job, was very professional and had great communication. We also had some plumbing issues addressed and once again were provided great service. Very impressed with everyone at JT Services!

Great communication and the techs Chris and Chris did a fantastic job. HVAC Chris especially took the time to go above and beyond by explaining extra details of the unit.

JT first called to ask if I’d like my appointment moved up 3 days due to a cancellation - I said absolutely. Chris their HVAC tech showed up on time, was very polite and ready to work. He quickly got busy, checking both inside and outside units and giving the compressor a good cleaning. The service took about an hour and was very thorough.

Yesterday we had a Storm shelter installed that we have wanted for awhile. The crew showed up on time with equipment and new shelter. They layed out the dig area and started digging. When the hole was complete they leveled out the ground to set the shelter on. The drdriver backed the truck up to the hole and carefully set the shelter in place making sure it was level. They started back filling the dirt around it and smoothing out the the area in front of the shelter. Also they smoothed out the tracks from the equipment. They did an inside inspection, showed us how the door handle works and they were done. Extremely professional and courteous. Job Extremely well done. Dirt left will be for setting up a raised garden and for my new shop. 10 stars, very very professional. The crew of Billy, Quincy and Justin including the tank hauler were great and knowledgeable. JT Services sent Chris to flush my hot water tank. Chris was knowledgeable, polite and respectful. He also put on shoe covers before fixing a drip in my bathroom sink. I appreciated his care for my property. I highly recommend JT services for all of your plumbing needs.
