This is my 4th time using Hickman crazy to see the growth it used to be Mr Hickman answering the phone now a whole team is on staff. Zach came out the first time a few years ago as an apprentice today he was able to fix my water heater and tub quickly and efficiently, give the man his X-Mas bonus.

Zach came in a knowledgeable gentleman, every step was explained, I have a better understanding of how my plumbing works. Invoice is easy to understand and payment a sinch. Charged me 300 dollars to look at my dishwasher/hot water heater for around a minute or two each. Nothing was physically altered in my home. Nothing was uninstalled or reinstalled to tell me it looked good. I just can’t understand over 200 dollars for “diagnostic” when no issues were found and no work was done to come to that conclusion. 85 dollars to come out is completely understandable but 217 dollars to glance at two appliances with zero alterations doesn’t make sense to me.

I had an urgent issue with my septic system, and Zach came to the rescue! From start to finish, the service was top-notch.
