I am always skeptical of finding a new service provider. So, I was pleasantly surprised how quickly they got me added onto their schedule. Jonathon's easy going demeanor made it seem like a quick job, and I am grateful for the responsiveness.

Fast and efficient in there work. I will never use airco again Hickman is now my go to. Josh was very professional and kind. It took him less than 5 minutes to find the problem

Called and gave an ETA, showed up when he said he would. Listened to what I discovered (originally I believed to be a slab leak).

Educated me on how to interpret the meter correctly and gave me some troubleshooting 101, which in turned meant I didn't have a leak like I thought I did.

Had to reschedule an appointment because technician was running over on a job. That's understandable because things happen. Rescheduled for the next day between 2 and 6. Technician came around 3pm. I have a leaking tub/shower faucet that I thought was a common job for a plumbing tech. He wasn't able to remove the faucet handle and also didn't have the correct alen wrench to take it off. He asked me could he use my tools. Then because of the amount of work that might have to be done to remove the handle and it might damage it, they would have to reschedule. So nothing was done, and I still was charged $80 fir the visit. The cost to replace the shower assembly is $500. I'm shopping around for better service and prices.

Called due to a wall heater needing to be looked at. Ron M. came by, explained everything, and gave me plenty of options to have the problem fixed. I would absolutely recommend Hickman Plumbing to anyone needing plumbing or HVAC work.

Service from Hickman, Plumbing Heating and Cooling of Tulsa Oklahoma was very good. Our technician, Paul, was very fast and efficient after diagnosing our problem. I got it fixed within a couple of days. The rates are not cheap, but the service is excellent. I will use them the next time I have a problem.

Zach did a great job at finding the leak in our propane line fast Talked to his boss about lowering the price incase it was a SUPER easy less than 30min fix and got like $200 off the bill. Great people that care also about there customers will definitely call and go back with any future issues

Great experience! We had a leak and had to call them on a Saturday. They were out here very quickly. Jonathon offered great customer service over the phone as he scheduled Josh to come out & answered questions for me. Their texting service kept us up to date with info and even Josh’s location as he headed our way. Josh was very knowledgeable and professional and friendly! Absolutely recommend Hickman Plumbing.

Hickman Plumbing saved me! Snowstorm happening, my furnace would not hold my heated temperature. I called at 2 AM just to leave a message and get on a list at least for the next day. Out of six companies they were the only one where a human answered the phone. Dispatched someone, who continued to give me updates due to the weather, and they arrived at my house by 7 AM. Ron helped solve the problem, which was a simple fix but the fact that they were at my house that quickly was peace of mind. He even offered to make sure to call him if I had additional questions or concerns with a major snowstorm underway.

Very professional and friendly. My technician was Zack Counts and he was amazing. He walked me through the process and also evaluated other potential problems for future serviceing if needed. He made the repair I needed quickly and efficiently. I will be asking for him for any future services.

Upon calling Hickman for a toilet leak they were very professional, quick, and kind. The tech Devin that was sent out was a great representative of the company he was through, professional, and efficient! I will continue using Hickman for any of my future plumbing or hvac needs. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

We had been having such a hard time with our plumbing but Hickman techs were very knowledgeable. Plumbing is always expensive but they did all they could to keep our cost down.
I do think it would be a good idea to know that the first visit would be more than the $85 fee. I can’t say enough good things about techs that took care of us! I will use them again!!

I had Hickman come out to give me a bid on some plumbing work and to take a look at the previously installed water heater which has never heated properly. The manufacturer believed it was an installation issue. The guy today confirmed this to be true. I was immediately put off when I was told that after 5:00 they charge the overtime charges. I waited here all day and they show up at 4:30 knowing I had multiple items to take care of and then tell me of the higher rate. The price I was quoted for the items was ridiculous. They even stated they would have to go get parts for the water heater in Tulsa and drive back.( On my dime) you didn't think to bring those parts when you're 40 miles from your office? And this is a problem that your technician caused. I will NEVER use this company again. Edit: over $2000 was quoted. I didn't allow them to do the work...ridiculous!

EDIT: Hickman plumbing came out and made everything right.The guys restored my faith in Hickman Plumbing. Both plumbers explained what was wrong and what needed to be repaired to make things work properly. I can't say enough good things about the gentlemen that came out this time. (I wish I would have written the names down) Both were extremely professional and polite. They reinstalled the water heater up to code. Fixed the sink that I messed up and quoted my broken faucets. I'm definitely considering Hickman for my heating and cooling replacement in November. Thanks guys!!
