The cost was a not out of line for a professional installation and the service technician was exceptional to work with as they worked with what we had to do to do the job right and yet utilize the older house without going into significant repairs for the replacement of an old outdated unit.
I highly recommend these fine folks because they will do their best to do the job right and to do it expediatly.

I'm in the process of selling a home and there was an inspection report that required JT septic come out per comments from home inspector that the system was faulty. JT spetic got me scheduled in asap. Jackson came out on time and was there for a little over an hour looking at absolutely everything ensuring that there were no issues with the septic system including control box which was in question. He walked me through everything he was looking at, including things that I had no idea were even part of the septic system, in conclusion he found that that everything checked out and was up to manufacture Specifications with no issues. I appreciate you guys.

We have a maintenance plan on our Aerobic Septic System. Jackson let us know when he was on the way; preformed a very thorough job; and explained to me how the system worked (what to watch for). He was very professional; courteous; AND knowledgeable. Great, great job.

We had them out today two separate times--once for septic maintenance and other for plumbing issue. Both times we received excellent service (as we always have). Definitely recommend this company!

It's a robot answering service, which confirmed free in-home estimate TWICE & asked for my rating. I gave them 5 stars initially, based on the robot's service. Then I got a call from a human almost immediately, & suddenly the in- home estimate costs $49 & they need a credit card on file before they dispatch someone. Hm. Sounds pretty fishy. So now I'm sending out an ALERT- even if it's not a pure scam, their internet ad is not truthful.

JT Services did a great job taking care of us when we needed our septic system replaced with a new Aerobic System! Very friendly, on time, and did what they promised. They answered all my question up front. And put up with me as I watched them do the work. Billy, Justin ,Keaton and Quincy did a great job! And where a good crew!

We hired JT Services for a septic inspection on a home we were considering purchasing. The technician was punctual, extremely knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all of our questions. He explained the system in depth, walked us through multiple repair options, and clearly laid out the pros and cons of each. We even had quotes for the different fixes before we left the property. Don is the tech that arrived at the house. Punctual, professional and very polite. He answered all of my questions and made recommendation as to what needed to be done with some of my equipment. Never pushed just to make sale. He just presented what he saw along with explanation.

I just had a pipe burst today from small use of hose on my outdoor turfed dog run.
What makes this a sad story is that spigot was located adjacent to my master bedroom downstairs. It flooded my bedroom, bathroom and part of joint closet. I called and Keaton came out to replace the broken pipe. He was very professional, assessed the situation and resolved our problem timely and efficiently. He explained thoroughly what the problem was and made recommendations to prevent this issue in the future. We needed a relief valve for the outside spigot that had been worked on from a prior job. We appreciate Hickman Plumbing and Keaton Hughes for resolving this headache for us so quickly! Unfortunately, we will have to get the wall repaired but at least no leak and grateful it wasn’t toilet water lol !

I needed defective silcock changed.Wes and his coworker were very professional. He diagnosed the issue and explained how they would proceed with the repar. They replaced the defective part with ease using top quality products. I am no longer worried about my silcock leaking or freezing. Highly recommend!
