Everyone was very professional and polite. They worked quickly and didn't leave a mess. I definitely recommend them. They did a great job. Our new unit works great! Aaron, Nathan, and James were so very helpful and nice. They all knew what they were doing.

I would give my tech 10 outta 5 for the way he explained things and kept me in the process. Learned a lot and grateful you were available on a Saturday

They were great! Our water heater went out on Friday morning. Rick and Johnny were out that afternoon and replaced it right away! They were very friendly.

Chase did a great job explaining what was wrong and got the job done, which was a big job, well and cleaned up the work areas very nicely when he was done. He even replanted a plant he had to take out to put in a clean out line.

Drew took great care of us! Our plumbing line from our house was severed by a utility bore and Drew with Duvall got us up and running quickly!

After Friday night storms air conditioner stopped. Duvall heat and air got it working again Saturday at no extra cost.

Cayden was really good!!!! Answered all questions and made great suggestions about the cost and types of water heaters. After discussing the options with my mom she and I decided to go with the tankless for numerous reasons. Cayden was in touch with Matt, his manager as he was leaving and Matt followed up with me the next morning. I have been very pleased with Duvall plumbing…. Starting with Drew and Ira and now Cayden and Matt and the office staff.

I had requested a senior technician that was knowledgeable about airflow and static pressure for ductwork problems. They sent a 21 year old tech that turned my heat down to 70 after I told him not to, sold he could look for cold spots, even though I told him it could hurt my animals. Then he didn’t the tools to measure airflow in the ductwork or static pressure at the furnace. He said he had to go get them from them office. He went and sat in his truck for 30 minutes, then he left for another 30 minutes, then called and said that no one in Tulsa had those tools and he would have to order them and he would call me when they came in. He said nothing about the 70 degree temperature or looking for cold spots. I had already put the temperature back to normal. Then I found out he left the attic ladder down, he left the attic light on, there was insulation on the garage floor, and he had track insulation on my carpet in the house. I texted the company and told them what the tech had done and said I would no longer be needing their services.

Heating and hot water tank check up. Both men did a very professional job. Both were very polite and knowledgeable. Duvall does an excellent job each time they come to my house. Would highly recommend them for heating, cooling, and plumbing needs.

The two stars is based on the job performed. Called for what I expected to be a first time one and done repair on our irrigation system but after a week and three trips back and forth cause it kept blowing apart we ended up canceling the service with a huge bill and nothing being repaired. Done the repair ourselves. The tech on the other hand was very friendly and obviously done the best he could. I do appreciate the repair attempts but it's hard to look at a $1700.00+ bill when I spent 45.00 myself and got a completed job.

Duvall plumbing did a great job of fixing the 3 water leaks that caused a foot of water to be under my house after a winter storm came through about a week ago. They repair a drain issue that happened after the waste water hose coming off the washing machine going under the house had broken after the ice had gotten in the line. I would like to thank Carter Weaver and the other people at Duvall pumping for doing an outstanding job.

My 67 year old father had just had hip surgery and his old chrome p trap blew out and he needed it replaced.
For the first time in his life, he was helpless and couldn't fix it himself. This is a man who can build a house with his bare hands. This company saw their opportunity to take advantage of him and charged him $820 for a 2 feet of pvc pipe and 2 hours of work. I have been trying to get ahold of a service manager since for over three weeks for an explanation of how the amount of the bid became so high. On the bid there is no itemization for parts, labor or service call. I can't imagine how many other elderly folks they have taken advantage of but the price on this bid just doesn't seem right. I sent the bid and the before and after pictures to the plumbing company I have used for years in OKC and they said the work was done incorrectly and extra things were added that weren't needed. Also, they would have charged $350 tops and that included driving to Tulsa. The time for "making it right" has expired. I hope this review and the many others I leave cost you more than it would have to make it right.

BEWARE NEW OWNERSHIP ! LOOK at all of the new account one review posts that are positive,then read the real reviews.I had a plumbing issue in 2023 and I called Duvall. I thought that $250 was outrageous for a 30 minute job but I paid it. Fast forward 2 years and I had an identical issue elsewhere. The plumber came out and quoted me $500!! for the identical issue. He showed me a copy of his price sheet, and let me know that they are "under new ownership". I did some research and the same corporation appears to be buying out many of the local plumbers, meaning that they ALL charge the same price ! Sounds like a monopoly to me. Inflation rate was 2.9% in 2024 and 2.7% in 2025, this is nothing short of greed especially is these difficult times. I refused their " service", and paid the $87 service fee. I will seek out another that doesn't price gouge.
Update: Got a great handyman over here and he did the repair for $135 total parts and labor.

I had lots of fixtures to be installed. I recieved a call to discuss my project and a very rough estimate which certainly helped. These gentlemen are top notch plumbers!!! Very knowledgeable, thorough and professional. They installed a gas cook top, garbage disposal and bathroom sink plumbing. They also installed a reverse osmosis water filtration system and literally did an amazing job. It works properly, they explained that I would need to allow it to fill up and dump the water at least twice prior to use. In addition, the spatial planning and neatness executed in the installation is much appreciated. It's not taking up all my under sink space because they tucked it nice and neatly. My fixtures and air switch are nice and tight and not wobbly at all!!!! Oh.... the prices. Call and check because I was floored!!!!!! 👀👀 I have some more stuff to be installed. These are my new go to for plumbing!!!!

This is the 2nd time I've used Duvall Plumbing. Both times have been an emergency situation, and both times Duvall has done a great job for me. I will always call Duvall for my plumbing needs. They're great.
