Tucker was very friendly and courteous. We did have to have someone else come out to scope/ troubleshoot the leak, but it was quick within the day and it was found. Tucker called later with a follow up to see how things went which I greatly appreciated! Because of Duvall plumbing I was able to fix my leak connecting the pvc to my copper line relatively quickly and ultimately saving me hundreds of dollars in unnecessary water construction.

Matt was phenomenal. He verified my heating system was 100% before we get into the cold months. The memebership is beyond worth its wait in gold. Thanks DuVall!!

I've used Duvall plumbing for multiple projects and they do a great job every time. All the technicians are courteous and knowledgeable and we've had a good experience every time.

This is the worst plumbing company I’ve ever dealt with. A technician named Lester Thompson came to check a leaking shower faucet and instantly quoted me around $700 to fix it — claiming he’d have to cut into the wall and install a panel. I told him I didn’t agree and simply asked him to put the cartridge back.

Then came the performance. He suddenly couldn’t reinstall it, forcing it and saying it was “too old.” He went to his truck for “tools,” but during that time, I reinstalled it myself — in seconds. Honestly, I think Lester once dreamed of being an actor, and I have to admit, his acting skills are still very much alive. He pretended to look for something in his truck, but it was all part of the show.

When he finished, the faucet was actually leaking worse than before. I paid $87 for this “service.” I hope the company enjoys that undeserved $87 — because I truly hope they lose far more than that in reputation for this kind of dishonesty.

Completely unprofessional and dishonest service.
Avoid this company at all costs — they overcharge for simple repairs and somehow make the problem worse.

5 stars and beyond. Kendall and Lester took care of us. We had a exterior pipe leak on our side of the meter. They came out immediately to fix the problem. All of Duvall plumbing was like family! Very professional ,honest and very nice! I promise they will take good care of you. I even highly recommend them to my co worker! I would extremely highly recommend this company. If you have to finance be sure to check with your finance company to make sure they will cover the cost before you let them come out! They are worth it!

We have used them twice, horrible communication. Both times have requested them to give a 30 min heads up so I can leave work in time. They can’t seem to do that. Then the office wants you drop everything and leave right away to accommodate their mistake. We gave them as much information we could on our problems and both times the techs have shown up with no parts or anything and unprepared to do any work.Then they make you schedule another appointment for them to do any actual work. It seems like that is there plan that way can they can charge you for both visits. I asked the tech if my repair could be fixed the same day which was just a garage disposal repair on 11-20-25 and his response was “oh god no, I didn’t bring anything and I have other jobs to do today”

Do NOT use this company. They took advantage of my 76 year old mother who had been without hot water for 3 days during a winter storm. They charged an additional $250 trip fee on top of the $90 standard service call and then did not have a standard part for a hot water heater to fix the issue.

That is only the start - they came back 2 days later and charged my mother $1,700 to replace a thermocouple that costs maybe $300. More than $2,000 charged to an elderly woman on a fixed income! This company is nothing but a sham!

Below freezing temps, my heater went out. I made 1 phone call and Andy himself with Zander showed up within the hours. They went above and beyond to get my family some heat. After several hours of work in this bitter cold. They got the job done. Thank you guys so much and by far the cheapest I found.

We were EXTREMELY happy with our experience with DUVALL!!! Hunter was very informative and professional, and his willingness to assist us during the most challenging and COLD weather of 2026 was very, very appreciated!!!

Had a slight leak on water heater. Called and had a nice technician come out. He took everything apart and put it back together I payed him a lot and it still leaked. I called back to get it fixed and was quoted a few thousand dollars for a new water heater. Called a different plumber and they fixed it for less than the first visit. I will never use them again.

This company is unreliable and inconsistent. Called on Saturday around 9:45am. A/C was freezing up. They quoted me a time frame of 8am-noon with the possibility of 10am-2pm. 4:00pm I CALLED THEM. Only for them to tell me the technician was on another job but we were next in line. Also told me they don’t quote time frames. NOT TRUE! They verbally quoted me as well as I received and email with the time frame. He argued with me that the emails are auto-generated and the other person I spoke to earlier made a mistake by quoting me any kind of time frame. If the emails are auto-generated then remove the time quote from them! 4:30pm I get a text saying the job was more complex than the technician thought at the previous job and they wouldn’t make it out at all that day. However, they promised to waive the service fee and make me the first appointment of Sunday between 8am-9am. I obliged. Sunday morning, 10:53am I TEXTED THEM to ask if anyone was still coming. They responded about 25 min later to tell me the technician is having vehicle trouble but they would head to us as soon as it was fixed. Not too long after that, they texted me the van is not usable and they would not be out at all but could send out their sister company.

Things come up, I get that. But for TWO days I was told to wait for them and they would come. Worst part, they didn’t keep me updated, I HAD TO KEEP REACHING OUT TO THEM! I made sure they knew we were disappointed and this doesn’t look good for their company. I also informed them I would be writing this Google review.

Hunter Huff and John were excellent in installing a Moen Automatic Shutoff for my whole house. They were very courteous, kind, and very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the job they did and the timely way they answered my questions. They didn't leave until they had everything to my liking. I appreciate having service like this and a company that I can rely on.

Kendall came out first thing the morning following our call. He was extremely friendly and answered questions fully.
We have more to do, but so far, I'm impressed with the level of service and would recommend without hesitation.

Had the pleasure of meeting Erick Muñoz, who went above and beyond to help take care of some plumbing issues we had in a main bathroom. He was doing a 2 man job and addressed concerns and questions with absolute patience and professionalism. I will absolutely be doing business with this company again. 10/10 service. Thank you!

We had some serious AC problems and have been without the system since Tuesday. A warranty company we had sent out a repairman and took 2 minutes to diagnose wrongly and tried to rip us off! Then wanted $550 to fix it. I decided to call Duvall because their truck was across the street at my neighbors. They came out the same day and after James Ward explained what was seriously wrong with the system, we decided to have them install a new system at a great price. This company and their technician went over and beyond in their courtesy, fairness and honesty. We even decided to upgrade the system. James Ward was awesome!

So today was install day! Isaiah Singleton and Nathan Sandrige were an awesome team. They were incredibly hard working and efficient in getting the system installed. They were kind and respectful and answered all our questions. Their expertise was unmatched. James Ward came quite a few times to make sure we were totally pleased. The system is so quiet.

I would recommend Duvall's experts for any job you need.

Huff with Duvall did an amazing job! He came pretty quick and stayed late and didn’t cut any corners. If we have another job, I’ll call specifically hire Huff to come back. Thanks good man!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Chase with Duvall Plumbing. He did a quick job of replacing my toilet! I highly recommend Duvall and they were able to work out a payment schedule for me. Everyone I spoke with was polite and knowledgeable. Great company!

Had a plumbing issue that needed addressed. I had tried other plumbers in the past, but thought I would try Duval this time. Glad I did. It was a pleasant experience. The young man Ira showed up after hours smile on his face did the job quickly and efficiently, Wrote me a bill and was on his way. After a long days, work with no supper yet that’s exactly what I needed. And I think him being a working man and it already being in the 7 o’clock, he was on the same page.
