No one wants to deal with their AC going out, especially during summer, but First Class Heat and Air made it as painless as possible. Truly it's hard to appreciate anyone when it's 87 degrees in your house, but I really appreciate how easy they made the process and I'm very pleased with the final result!

Two of our properties had an HVAC issue on the same day. Heaters non-functioning on the first cold day of the year, so panic set in. Within an hour, these guys had us covered and did not charge an added fee for emergency service.
Efficient, great communication, professional. We will be using them again (hopefully not too often) for all our properties.

Called First Class Heat and Air on Sunday and they showed up as scheduled Monday morning. Quickly identified the problem with our AC unit and fixed it within 45 minutes. Cleaned the unit and added freon. Charges were reasonable. This is the 2nd time we’ve used them and will definitely keep them in my contacts list.

Couldn't be happier! Their technion Scott was amazing. Very knowledgeable, and could break it down so I understood. I am definitely using them in the future, and recommend them if you have any heat and air issues! 10 out of 10.

Update: About a year after my first review following a broken A/C unit, my furnace went out. My furnace was fixed within 1 hour of calling their office. Thrilled by their response time and service.

First class says it all! I have had this company out twice for the AC and Furnace. Both times they were exceptionally professional and accommodated to a need in my schedule. Scott is very thorough and kind.

Really disappointed in my experience with them. I had them install new ducts alongside my new insulation which was fine. They forgot to complete the entirety of the job and it was only noticed when I had the supervisor come back out. That was finally resolved but I kept being told that there was not much else I could do to cool my house. I went to another company the next day and they were able to find a variety of inefficient and broken things and I ended up having them install a new unit. I had asked first class multiple times if a new unit would be a good idea and they kept dragging their feet. Since installing the new unit my ac runs 75% less! It used to run 22 hours a day unable to cool but now it runs maybe 4 hours total on a hot day. I’m glad I found a solution but mad I wasted time trying to use first class.

When my a/c wasn't working I read reviews of the company and decided to give them a call. From the moment they answered the phone to the end of the repair they were exactly as the reviews portrayed. Amazing! Friendly, professional, quick appointment/sense of urgency, and my list could go on. If you find yourself in need of their service, you will not regret calling them. Highly recommend!

They were very professional, on time and knew exactly what to do. I would Recommend them to anyone. When I called Lee about the filters he knew exactly what to do and had the job done within 24 hours. He also was sharp enough to notice that the AC unit was extremely dirty and so took time to clean that at a very reasonable charge. Also, whenever I emailed them about anything they responded and they took care of the problem right away and then sent me emails on confirmation.
