I want to remind people, I don't do reviews based on feelings, emotions or whether I like someone. It's based off of real business and outcomes. I cannot say enough great things about SolSource and the level of professionalism they brought to my project. From day one, their team consistently treated me with respect. They ALWAYS addressed me as “sir” or by my last name, which speaks volumes about their company culture and attention to detail. This was NOT a simple installation. My project involved a full Tesla Solar Roof system with multiple inverters, a Tesla Powerwall 3, two separate buildings, two SPAN circuit breaker panels integrated into the Tesla system and three Tesla Universal Wall Connectors. In essence, this was a complete Tesla energy ecosystem that required careful planning, precision, and expert integration with one step at a time. Sometimes it required them to stop, leave early and inquire from Tesla and other resourceful resources and come back another day. What stood out the most is that SolSource doesn’t rush, they think through every detail before taking action. Because of that, every outcome was spot on. This project presented multiple challenges along the way, and their ability to problem solve and execute at a high level was truly impressive. They are understandably a busy company, being one of the few qualified and approved installers for Tesla products, but their commitment to quality never wavered. It was clear that the time invested into this project was necessary to ensure everything was done correctly. I am extremely grateful for the work they performed and the expertise they brought to such a complex installation.
