I hired this company to trim a tree about a month ago. The owner stated he would provide written documentation confirming the tree had an infection, which I needed for my records since the tree is shared with a neighbor.
Despite multiple follow-ups over several weeks, I have not received the promised documentation. Communication has been inconsistent, and the commitment has not been fulfilled.
The actual trimming work was completed, but the lack of follow-through and professionalism after the job has been disappointing. I would recommend getting all documentation upfront before proceeding.
