Called at 7:00 am and they answered explained that they had a full day but will call me if they could work me in. They called about 11 and told me they would be there at noon. Showed up and explained the whole process and were very helpful, professional and friendly. Would recommend to anyone that wants quality service.

Great guy and great Service! I have lived at my house and only had my septic system inspection before buying my house. Turns out my tank is not where the inspector said it was and that my tank was still good and did not need pumped. My OEC fiber was ran right over the center of my septic cove and Cass some how got around it without damage. Now I know the real location of my septic and have to get my fiber moved.

Cass is an awesome, stand-up guy. He came out and got us taken care of very quickly, and was extremely affordable. I'd highly recommend him for anyone needing septic service.

The service lives up to the name. Showed up on time which is a plus. We didn't know exactly where the tank was and he stayed with it until he found it. The tank was a wreck he didn't give up! I have already recommended DSS to others and will certainly have him back to my property.

We won't ever call anyone else but Cass at Dependable. He was professional in every way in finding our clean out and emptying the entire tank. He took the extra time to dig up the lid, empty the tank and then spray clean water in it to clean out the tank again. It looked brand new when he was done. A Great guy that is not afraid to get his hands dirty. His passion is music and fishing and a great marriage with his longtime partner. We really enjoyed his visit and look forward to his next clean out scheduled in 5 years which is recommended for all households of two. If you call anyone else you will pay more.

Called to get septic tank pumped out was there same day. The 2 guys who came out very good and prompt. Very helpful on how often needs pumped and how it works. Will b using from now on and will referring to anybody thats needs septic service. Once again very prompt and friendly

The only call in Central Oklahoma for septic pumping. Excellent service and good down to earth local people. Installed an access grommet on existing aged system after clean out. Provided expert advice avoiding the possibility of a multi-thousand dollars unnecessary renovation recommended by multiple other septic companies. Their 5 star rating is true; the absolute best around. They are my one and only call, end of story.

This company is fantastic. Every time they have been out to service my Aerator system, they have exceeded expectation with there
quick response time and excellent service.

Called Dale late Friday Evening and he was out first thing Saturday morning! While he worked we talked and he explained exactly how the system worked and how to maintain the system to prevent any further issues. Very nice gentleman and his work was top notch! HIGHLY RECOMMEND DEPENDABLE SEPTIC TO ALL WHO ASK!

Called this company Tuesday and they were out Thursday. Very professional and courteous. I will always use them for septic services. Could barely tell they dug up the lid. I would rate them 10 stars. And the price was amazing!!

If I could give more than five stars I would!! We had an emergency pump issue on Christmas day. DSS answered the phone and responded very quickly (well within an hour), pumped our septic, and charged us a very reasonable holiday rate. We will definitely use them again and recommend them very very highly!
