Called because our service light was on. They came out same day, diagnosed our problem and had it fixed in no time for a reasonable price. They had to go get the part and I couldn’t be home when they came back to fix it. They went above and beyond and even sent me a video of my system working properly again. Found our new septic company. Will definitely use them again in the future when the need arises.

I told them it was not an emergency and they were out the next day. They called before they arrived. They were prompt and courteous. The price was good. Local family business. I highly recommend.

I was having my broken septic lines replaced on a Saturday. When my contractor checked my septic tank he found it full of sludge and told me I was going to have to get it pumped or the new lines would just get clogged. As I had no idea who to call he gave me 2 phone numbers. I checked into them and called Dependable as they were local to me. I left a message and Dale called back. He told me he was on another job but would get to me as soon as he could. Well he came as promised and quicker than I thought. He really had to work to get me all pumped out and offered good advice to prevent this from getting this bad again. Very helpful and very fair. Dependable is my go to company now.
