Matthew and his team from Genesis Cleaning came through in a big way for us. They went out if their way to provide same day service for us the day we closed on our house and did an amazing job. We just moved from out of state and purchased a home that had a pet in the home previously. That would have been problematic for a family member with asthma, but Genesis took care of that for us. They eliminated all odor and dander, allowing us to move in and enjoy new home. Thanks Matthew!

With 2 dogs and 5 cats, my carpets and area rugs can get pretty dirty, but Genesis did an absolutely amazing job with my 5 carpet/rug areas. I have one area rug that is an off-white color and I had completely forgotten what it looked like when I first bought it. It looks like new again! I would recommend Genesis to anyone with or without pets, and I will definitely be using them again.

STOP!! DON’T look any further!! Matthew did our carpets and they look amazing! Read all of the positive reviews but I honestly didn’t expect him to be so attention to detail, our service was @ 6 on a Friday and he was acting like it was 10 am and we were his first customers a very down to earth guy

Yesterday these guys came to do our carpet for the second time and couldn't be more pleased.
They were on time and very polite Matthew is always kind respectful and very thorough. We had juice stains, dirt, makeup, SLIME YES SLIME, and they left it like new again. My wife says she will never call anyone else as long as we have carpet. They wouldn't even let my wife clean a bit of water with the mop the gentleman said it was they're job and they would do it. Not only are they're prices great but they're the best they cleaned our 3 rooms and large living room for way less then Chem Dry and Stanley Steamer.
They are very careful and very clean . We called monday they fit us in the next day. I wish I could give 10 stars because five is not enough.

Very professional and excellent results. Was able to do our living room, hall and dining in about an hour. They did a good job removing the dark areas in the high traffic areas and left the house feeling and smelling fresh! Would definitely recommend.

Quality job. Blue carpet looks brand new. The crew worked very hard to get out pet stains and red dirt stains. They were careful with the furniture and very conscientious. Price was very reasonable for the great result. Highly recommend!!!

Genesis Janitorial did such an amazing job cleaning my carpet! The whole house for less than the competition charges for 3 rooms!!! My carpet looks brand new! They were polite, kind and speedy! I will definitely be using them again and will be recommending them to my family and friends.

I called this company on a Friday and was able to get someone out monday morning. The man who came out had something go wrong with his machine when he got here and he had someone else out here within 30 minutes.
We came out of a horrible situation because of these people and their company and we could not be more thankful. Not only did they clean my carpet but they were so generous to us in the end. They deserve your business!

Great company that I have used for a while now. Always on time, very friendly, professional. My carpet had a lot of pet stains that I have tried to remove with cleaning agents.. was very unsuccessful, however, this company removed all the pet stains and my carpet looks perfectly clean. Just used Lords carpet cleaning services today. Mathew is the tech they sent out. He’s been here before and he did a great job then and now. He’s got some new equipment that he took the time to show off. He takes a lot of pride in his work and it sure does show! I would describe Mathews work as On time, professional, personable, quick, thorough and impeccable. You really can’t ask for more. Scheduling was a breeze too!
He knocked out 4 rooms and some hallways in 1.5 hours. That included setting up his equipment and stowing it away after completion. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend!

Really like their communications with us about who is coming and what time etc. They did an extremely goo job, finished 3,600 sf house in three hours and carpet looks brand new. Removed all the stains that i identified. Their machines are good. I encourage my friends to use this company, you will not be disappointed.

Professional and fast. Helped tremendously with pet smells. I've never had my carpets cleaned before so I can't compare with other prices but in my opinion services were fairly priced. Overall would recommend!

Very professional and really concerned with doing a great job - which they did! It took about an hour to finish 4 bedrooms and the hallway. Carpet looks like new. Matthew took time during the cleaning to explain what was happening and how the cleaning actually works. He also took time to share a little about his life. So blessed to support these guys and very pleased with the work they did on my carpet! I will be calling Genesis again! You should too!

They cleaned the carpets in 1 bedroom and our living area in around an hour, including dealing with some pet stains. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. My house smells fresh again. I would definitely recommend their services!

Matthew was extremely kind, professional, very responsive, and on time. We were in the process of moving from one rent home to another so when he sent a text at the onset of his commute and upon completion of the job it was very helpful. We had 3 bedrooms, living room and bedroom closets which were carpeted. One bedroom had a walk-in closet and due to moving we didn't have time to vacuum the carpeted area before he arrived but he offered to vacuum for us at no extra charge and the charge was only $140 tax included (which was quoted to us over the phone two days before). Other places quoted us well over $200 for the same job. Genesis Carpet Cleaning LLC is highly recommended. Thank you, Matthew.
