I called 3 hvac companies to come troubleshoot my new unit since the heat wasn’t working correctly, they all failed to fix my issue. Some were even saying it would be up to 3K to fix I called JT and for less than 300 he came out and fixed my unit . I would highly recommend JT hvac for your issues. I don’t know him from Adam so this is a honest post

JT came out and replaced a capacitor for our 28 year old A/C to get us up and running again. Quick, professional and super knowledgeable. Highly recommended HVAC maintenance and repair services!!!

They did a good job at a fair price! Replaced our A/C a couple years ago and has been working great since. Also tuned up our old furnace, which solved an issue with it not keeping up in the extreme cold snaps.

We had a quite a few companies come out and bid a full system replacement for our home. JT’s not only came in with a competitive bid, but the owners willingness to answer all of our questions without making us feel like a hassle is what ultimately made us choose to give them our business.

Day of install his guys arrived on time and got going. Install was quick and the new system looks great. System has worked great since being installed. Was a pleasure to work with this company and I’ll definitely be referring anybody I know their way.

I HIGHLY recommend this company. They are honest, efficient and they follow up after the job is done. We found out that the hvac system we had wasn't the correct size for our house. They were able to get the job done quickly and everything is working so much better now.

I had a problem with my air conditioner not working. After looking online and several attempts at troubleshooting the problem, I broke down and called Platinum Heat And Air, LLC . Within and hour and a half I had a very friendly technician knocking at my front door. This was a much faster response than I expected on a Saturday evening. The technician quickly diagnosed the problem and had my system up and running in a matter of minutes. The technician was professional, knowledgable and did not try to sell me any unneccessary services, which is somethng I greatly appreciated.

Recommend Platinum. Excellent job at fair price. Do not get ripped off by other Heat and Air people. Get multiple bids and be sure to include Platinum Heat and Air. They sell Bryant equipment which I have had at my residence for over 20 years and performs well.
