Very prompt and professional in determining the problem with my boiler and then ordering the best supplies ( at the lowest cost) and then installing them quickly to ensure I had heat. Would highly recommend them!!

Stellar service! Our AC stopped working right before the heat wave rolled in at the end of June. Thankfully they were able to get me in earlier than my booked appointment. They said they would try, and that was very much appreciated! Prompt, professional and friendly service. An honest assessment that resulted in me spending nowhere near what I anticipated. The relief I felt when our AC powered up was great! This is my go to place for service now. When I need a new machine, you will get the call. A friend recommended Marty's and I will now confidently do the same. Thank you!

When the technician arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and made some temporary repairs to get us by until the permanent parts came in (3-4 business days). Plus 2 degrees outside.

I spoke with Tori on the phone who was lovely and so knowledgeable. She was friendly and professional, and was able to pinpoint the type of service I needed based on my description of the issue I was having with my a/c unit. She set me up with a same day appt for maintenance and could not have been more pleasant to speak with. Connor, the technician, arrived in the service arrival window and was professional and very pleasant. He appraised my issue and thoroughly cleaned and fixed the issue. Overall an A+ experience! Had Alannah and Connor come out to give me a second opinion on a boiler problem. The other company i had out said it can't be fixed and it's 29000.00 plus to get a new one. We'll oddly enough Alannah got it running and made my tennants very happy. She is not only knowledgeable she talks to you like a human (how strange) i went from having the worse experience to regaining trust in techs again. Not only does it work properly she left me feeling pretty good

I had Marty’s come in to address an issue with my heat pump that had been installed by another company. For about a year and a half, the system would not operate properly in heating mode despite multiple service visits from the original installer.

Scott from Marty’s diagnosed the problem quickly and corrected the programming issues, and the heat pump finally began operating properly. During the visit, he also discovered that the furnace exhaust pipe had been damaged during the original heat-pump installation, allowing carbon monoxide to leak into the house for two winters.

Scott explained that carbon monoxide detectors have a limited lifespan and that having dogs in the home can contribute to sensor contamination, meaning the detectors may not function as intended over time. This was extremely concerning information that we had not been made aware of previously.

They repaired the damaged furnace exhaust piping and fully corrected the heat-pump operation within just a few hours. The professionalism, thoroughness, and attention to safety were outstanding. I’m extremely grateful the issue was finally identified and resolved properly.

We had Alanna from Marty’s complete a routine maintenance/check up for our furnace a gas fireplace. Alanna was personable, polite and very respectful. Alanna explained everything and gave us excellent advise on how to help maintain the appliances in the future.

This pertains to the purchase and installation of a mini-split heat pump for my garage. The entire process from the initial meeting for determining the best unit size, the installation of the exterior and interior units, to the eventual quote was quite smooth. Your representative (Shane) was quite helpful in suggesting the proper placement of the units. The installers were very courteous and professional. I would highly recommend Marty's Heating.

We were very pleased with the work that was done by Alanna from Marty’s Heating and Air Conditioning! Last year we had someone come in, not from your company, and the only thing they did to get the on demand gas water heater started was press the buttons. Alannah took off pieces and vacuumed and brushed and cleaned parts and put everything back together and then pressed the buttons to get the unit working. She was much more thorough than the person we had in last year. And then, last year, the person charged us more! So thank you very much for sending Alannah. She did a great job! Please give her our thanks! And thanks to your company as well!

Highly recommend this company for any heating/cooling issues. Scott G was awesome. He came to look at my old furnace which was short cycling. He diagnosed the issue and went above and beyond in education and explanation. The solution was quick and very cost effective.

Spoke to them on the phone and told me how I might be able to start up the furnace. If not they would be over later that day. They came that afternoon, checked the furnace and realized it needed parts. Off they went to collect them. Returned and fixed it. They explained everything were professional and took all the boxes with them. My dog loved them. I was very happy to get heat back and I was pleased with their work. I would certainly recommend them as professionals. Who knew their job and did like dogs
