Marty was responsive and followed up as he said he would. Alannah worked through her troubleshooting process and found the problem. She was knowledgeable and awesome to work with. So happy to have heat back! And so happy to have Marty as our go to now :)

I had an annual service call from another company, and they red flagged my furnace and locked it out... then handed me a massive quotation for replacement!! We were totally stressed. It was recommended to me to call Marty's, that they were honest and trustworthy. They sent a repair technician as well as someone to recommend and price a new furnace if needed. They confirmed that my old furnace was in good working order, and that I didn't have anything to worry about. FANTASTIC!! Next time, they will be my first call!!

Shaun was very nice and gave us a quote for replacing our furnace and explained everything in detail. Dan and Connor installed our furnace and went above and beyond our expectations. The whole experience was exceptional customer service. We would highly recommend this company.

We have had two occasions to use Marty’s Heating and Air Conditioning services. The service crews, led by Adam, Marty’s Maintenance Manager, performed excellently. Adam provided detailed advice about our humidifier, the appropriate level of humidity to expect in a residence and finished out the air return duct work the original installers left undone. Amazing company. From the estimate with Shane and the install of my furnace and A/C everything was fantastic and I knew I could trust this company. So happy we chose Martys. Pete, Kyle and Connor were so kind and trustworthy. Cleaned up everything as well and explained everything. Were here when they said they would be they make sure you are happy with the job. When the employees rave about the company they work for, that says it all. Highly recommend this company.

I had a fantastic experience with Marty’s Heating and Air Conditioning for my furnace maintenance. After calling and leaving a message with the third-party receptionist, I received a call back in less than 30 minutes. The lady on the phone was helpful and even arranged for a technician to come within two hours. Brandon arrived lightning fast, was very professional, and clearly knew his stuff. Although I couldn’t pay with my card due to a technical issue, Brandon offered to send the invoice by mail so I could pay via transfer, which was super convenient. Overall, the entire process was smooth and professional. Highly recommend!

I have met and worked with technicians Adam, Alannah and Connor, and Grant and Tori in office. Excellent service. No “surprises” as we’ve had an abundance of those since moving into our farm house 3 years ago. This time, things are done right. I have a few more projects for them yet, but so far so good. They were recommended by my father who uses them for his house and his bed and breakfast rental. Are they the cheapest? Nope. Had one of those. It’s cost me a lot more than money in the long run. Do it right the first time and call Marty’s.

My AC not working. Called Friday afternoon. Had technician here Monday morning (Adam S) and got it running very quickly. Tory who took my call and Adam who did the work were both extremely nice. I would highly recommend Marty’s Heating and Air Conditioning.

Furnace was shut off after inspection by another company. As furnace was very old, I decided on a replacement yet I didn’t feel comfortable going with this other company for a new furnace as they weren’t forthcoming in their pricing or in answering my questions clearly. I found Marty’s, read the reviews, and booked with them. They replaced the furnace quickly and a few months later I needed to upgrade my air conditioner too. Marty’s offers quick and reliable service! They explain things clearly and make home owner feel comfortable! Every person there from the installers, maintenance, sales rep, Shane, to admin staff Tori, are beyond helpful and really go out of their way to make you feel heard. You won’t be disappointed with Marty’s service!!

I cannot recommend Marty's enough. Every Technician has been professional and courteous. Taking extra time to explain what needs to be done as well as ensuring to clean and vaccuum after their work is complete.

Besides keeping our very old air conditioner alive they recently installed an external gas line for our barbeque. Excellent and professional experience. The Technicians also took the time to explain what the work entailed and outlined gas line safety and how to shut it off during off seasons.

We only have good things to say about Marty's team. From installation to regular maintenance, they are the very best. They are all very knowledgeable and friendly. We would certainly recommend them to familly and friends.

Marty's is the small town friendly neighbour everyone wants to know.

They truly care, are very personal, knowledgeable, and professional. They have installed a few different units on our old house and new one, and we have never been disappointed with their work.

FYI: We worked with other companies in the Niagara Region and have been flabbergasted at how much they charge or how many times their equipment would break down (only for us to pay again and again to get it inspected/fixed).
Marty's has never disappointed us and has always been honourable to their promises and warranties.

I could not be there but my wife was very happy with the service. So as the saying goes "happy wife happy life". Service good and on time. Will have Marty's back for sure

Marty’s provide excellent response time and service throughout the whole process when you have an urgent need, like the furnace not starting up when it’s cold out. Highly recommended!
