Buyer beware!! This is what I got for 7 months of work and $47,000 from ER Plumbing. If there were a lower rating than 1 star, that would be my warning. This is NOT a professional company and these are not people who are capable of completing a bathroom renovation.
The owners, Jon and Everett, refuse to speak to me, meet with me, or rectify the following issues. I have been insulted, ignored and told, "Sorry for you".
1. The bathroom is incomplete.
2. The materials I purchased for the project prior to its commencement, are ruined and I now need to replace them.
3. The drywall took over 3 weeks, excess material was used and wasted at my cost, thousands of dollars.
4. The walls are uneven because of improper installation of drywall, poor mudding and excessive sanding.
5. The floor tiles are unevenly spaced, grout lines are inconsistent, there are raised tiles which I trip on, and there are hollow spots beneath the tiles. The floor will crack.
6. The shower walls are not straight, square or level. Also, never completed.
7. There are gaps between the shower tiles and the walls outside of the shower.
8. The trim around the windows is uneven, has gaps, and isn't straight.
9. The door to the bathroom has an opening that is so narrow that it will be difficult to get into the bathroom once the door has been installed.
10. The light switch for the shower is outside of the room, in the hall.

This is the tip of the iceberg for this disaster I am now left to deal with. I am now being forced to find someone who can take apart the mess ER Plumbing has left. I must replace many of the materials I had already purchased for this project (i.e., tiles).
I am appalled that Jon and Everett have used and abused a customer. They completely took advantage of a single woman. There is no excuse for their terrible workmanship, or for their disrespect. They have taken an excess of money from me. They have taken multiple thousands of dollars of tools and materials from my home for their own use. There is an incredible amount of tools and material which went missing from my garage while I was at work. I cannot elaborate on this as there is now a criminal investigation.
Again, buyer beware. These are not people who can be trusted.

This company is awesome. They came in did the job and left no muss no fuss. This is the second time I have had them to do repairs in my home and will definitely call them again.

Everette and team did a fantastic job. Clear communication throughout the job. Always updating us each step of the way. We have used ER plumbing 3 times and each experience was grade A quality work.

They are the best. I live in an older home and unfortunately one of our pipes sprung a leak due to corrosion. Everett came through to inspect the work that needed to be done and was very honest and upfront about the situation. We were just finishing up a home renovation and Noel and Everett were contracted to install our sinks and dishwasher. The team is extremely professional and courteous. Also very friendly and went out of their way to make sure the job was done right. Their pricing is very fair considering the work that they do. I have a list of home improvement projects that need to get done on this house and will for sure be using this company in the future for all of my plumbing needs ! Highly recommend.

We had a great experience dealing with Everett & Jon from ER Plumbing. Fair pricing, courteous, friendly, professional, respectful of our home, on time, did an inspection & quote, and accommodated our need to always have the toilet hooked up and installed taps at last minute. Their apprentices Noel & Phillip were great too!
We would hire them again in a minute!

Tyler from Tyger Mechanical did an excellent job installing my heat pump. He was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The installation was clean and efficient, and you can tell he takes pride in his work.

Highly professional and talented. Could diagnose issues where others failed. Very clean when working in side, laid down mats, vacuumed after the work. Absolutely the best at what they do...highly recommended!

Great service! Technician was very helpful and knowledgable for our residential repair in Chatham. Humidity was high in the house and he was able to troubleshoot and fix the issue for us quickly. Now our house is very comfortable. We also had our thermostat upgraded while on site. Everything went very smoothly and I was very pleased with the service provided. Will be using these guys again!

Professional service from beginning to end! Tyler was punctual and completed a furnace and thermostat installation faster than expected. Nice, clean work and area was spotless afterwards. Cannot recommend enough!

Had Tyger install a 2 head heat pump for two hard to heat rooms in our house. They also installed a tankless hot water heater. We had an issue with one of the units and they were diligent in making sure it was working and offered great follow up service.

Tyler, it was a pleasure doing business with you. The entire job, from the initial visit, quote, the work and completed review was excellent and professional. The installation of the 120 ft gas line from meter to the pool heater went just as planned. We really appreciate the quick turnaround for the job.
