I live in Harrow and this morning at the post office I had a horrible experience with your team of workers. They were very rude, loud and unprofessional. If these are the type of people you employ that is a shame on you to send them out representing your company. I would never use or recommend your company!

Phenomenal work. Very reasonable cost (Measured the yard which is great to see rather than eyeball) and looks sharp. I have already recommended them to colleagues.

Had the team at plantscape come grade and sod my back yard, as well as install some slatescape and pavers behind my garage. Turned out beautiful! Thanks for the great work!

They were competent enough in what they did, but I was disappointed that all the work I wrote in my Request For Quote was not done. I had to rent a post hole digger and finish the job myself. When I called the project manager to ask why all the work was not finished, he could not be bothered to pick up, or to return my call.

I have had many business dealing with Plantscape over the years. They are professional, courteous and very reliable designers and installers. John Nowak is a knowledgeable salesmen, its been a pleasure doing business with them.

They were really rude to me, judging by the other comments on here, they probably can't keep track of how many people they've disrespected and have no idea which person I was. Instead of resolving the issue with me or finding out what happened, they will have people add fake reviews over time to help their rating. All good, I just hope going forward they hold themselves accountable with how they treat people. If you decide to work with them, do not let their men be rude to you or to be bullies, be careful.

We were looking for someone to come in and put in a shed pad for us and called several companies Plantscape came in with their free quote but we waited for the rest of the quotes to come in...We chose Plantscape (all quotes came in around the same price) But we chose Plantscape because John didn't just come in and hand us a quote he went above and beyond in helping us possibly find a different solution offering information that might help get the job done sooner.... I think that alone for us was outstanding business savvy.. When we called Plantscape on a Monday John was quite frank and said he probably couldn't do the work right away as they were extremely busy...Yes a bit disappointed but we recieved a txt message Monday night and it was John letting us know that he could be there first thing Tuesday morning and they were!!!!!! and the job was done in one day His workers were outstanding hard working and very courteous the job site was left immaculate

Plantscape did not fulfil their 2 year labour warranty obligation. I had the Business Manager and General Foreman at my house in April 2018 to review work that needed completing before my labour warranty was due. They agreed to do the work but suggested the work wait until June, when other issues may arise. I sent a package of pictures in early June, to receive a response back that "...all defects have been caused by what can be classified as “acts of God” or Mother Nature. As we can not prevent or control issues as it relates to freeze/thaw conditions we consequently can not warranty them." They agreed to do the work, then retract the offer. This is an unethical business practice and total deception. But wait, the email also stated, "we will not be able to fix this patio to your unreasonable expectations with a cart blanche labour budget, we have closed your file at this time." Since when is having trip hazards, water pooling, and uneven surfaces 'unreasonable'. I totally regret having this company on my property and responsibility rests solely on Vic Desmarais, President, Plantscape. Shameful!

Had a great experience with two different crews as we had more then style of Landscaping.
The Hardscape and Artificial Turf left us with a maintenance free back yard perfect for our dogs. Our front yard landscaping and water feature were a perfect compliment to our new home. Thanks again to the Plantscape team.

Major front and rear landscape completed. The majority of our trees were improperly planted, and have died or are struggling to survive. Plantscapes replaced some trees but many continue to struggle. We also had to revamp our landscape lighting and sprinkler systems as well as the rear drainage. Crew was unprofessional, and spent more time horsing around than working on our project. The original cost was over $50k and we have spent close to 1/2 that, to fix the screw ups. To those reading our review - reviewer has responded to PS (below), and identified the specific project reflected in this review.

Liana, John and the rest of the team are amazing. We had a complete exterior renovation done and we couldn't be happier!!! The work was excellent, the design was beautiful and the compliments plentiful! And ofcourse the price reasonable ;)

Plantscape did a great job, and was willing to return to do a follow-up when a City supervisor was not happy with the job, and wanted my hedge trimmed back further.! Good company.!
