These folks did an outstanding job for what was a relatively small budget. The end result was completely what we wanted and we are thrilled!

Our experience with Plantscape Windsor Inc. was very positive. From the initial phone call with Liana to set up an appointment, to John attending our residence and quoting our costs and setting up the schedule to commence our project, no stress, no issues. The landscapers team were professional and courteous and very neat. Landscaping was done last fall and the followup and replacement of one plant which did not survive the winter was replaced this spring with no additional cost! We highly recommend!!!

We had a rather large landscape job done by Plantscape that was started in the fall of 2017 and completed in the spring of 2018. Plantscape worked alongside a local pool company that was doing an install at the same time.

The majority of the job was to prep and install a huge amount of interlock brick which has since sunk and settled all around the pool deck which is aggregate concrete.

It is obvious that they did not prep the area with enough screening to prevent the sinking of the brick. Even in the first season we had low spots that would puddle after some rainfall.

They did come and try to repair a few areas but were not happy having to send someone for the day to do the repairs.

Needless to say as that short period went on, the once happy company that was doing such a big job for big money and had been paid in full - were no longer happy dealing with us in response to our concerns.

4 years since the install and I feel that it should still look like new, but unfortunately their true craftsmanship has shown through. If only they had properly did preparation enough for the install, i would be leaving a better review.

This is a true half star rating because of the contractual relationship that was abandoned by Plantscape.

Our team recently took part in a Horticulture Therapy session hosted by Plantscape. Guided by William, Claire, and Brooklyn, the experience offered both insightful information and the creative freedom to design personalized planters. We highly recommend this activity for any group looking to connect with nature, unwind, and take a meaningful break from the demands of the workday.

We hired Plantscape to replace our weathered concrete patio (approx 1100 sq ft) with interlocking block, re-sod our lawn and add and band of mulch along our backyard this summer. John was attentive and answered our many questions, as well as provided us with some great advice based on his experience. During demolition Alex and Al were careful to remove all of the existing concrete without damaging our existing overhang - this was a tough job as the concrete was up to 9" thick! Alex was a master of the skid steer and very easy to communicate with. Once the demo was done, the expanded team came in to lay the block. Adam’s attention to detail and pride in his work really impressed us. The entire team was polite, worked very hard and worked many long days to complete the work. Sean was quick to accommodate our requests and Chris was extremely courteous in every interaction. They even cleaned up our neighbour’s mulch along our driveway as well as power-washed our driveway and road in front of our house. The entire job was a large and messy one, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the result. Great job from a great team! Thank you Plantscape!

We are so pleased to recommend Plantscape! I wish I could give 10 stars! John and his entire team were punctual, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. We spent time with the design team before and after our inground pool was installed to finalize the best design within our budget. They ensured that our backyard would not only look beautiful but engineered for a lifetime of enjoyment. The team worked diligently to transform our backyard to create privacy and peacefulness along with great views of a variety of shrubs, perennials, plants, and decorative stone. We even added on a small beautification project to our front yard while the work was taking place in the back. Plantscape has far exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to use their services again. We’ve always dreamed of having a backyard oasis and they truly made it a reality!

I had a very unpleasant experience in the parking lot. As I was about to leave, a vehicle entering the lot blocked my path. I moved aside into deep snow to avoid them, and instead of proceeding, the driver slowed down, gave me a very aggressive stare, and then deliberately sprayed my car with salt at very close range.

This was completely unnecessary, unprofessional, and disrespectful. Now I’m left worrying about potential damage to my paint job on my Benz. No person should be treated this way, especially when I was trying to be courteous.

100% would recommend John and his team from plantscape. From the beginning John took his time and explained everything to me. He worked with me on the vision I had for my backyard and was honest about what would work for the space and my budget. He consistently communicated with me and I always felt that I was in good hands. The crew worked diligently, efficiently and meticulously. Special shout out to Riley who always took the time to answer all my questions and explain how to care for the plants they planted. If I had another backyard I would use them again! Lol. Very grateful for the beautiful work they did.

I needed someone to get my yards ready to sell my home. The gardens and flower beds were over grown for two years. The guys from R&H responded quicly and efficiently. I highly recommend them .
