Excellent service, arrived on time, very friendly and thorough, explained how he would do the work, and finished promptly with some added touches. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend this company and will definitely use them again.

We hired Patrick to clean the debris inside our eavestrough and wash the exterior of the trough, soffit and fascia. He also, soft washed the exterior stucco, power washed our deck and washed the outside of all windows. He was punctual and very professional. His attention to detail was exceptional. We would highly recommend him and his company.

Patrick is super professional, although I’m not from the niagara region he was so kind to respond to my call and guide me in the right direction with a gorilla team closer to my region. Appreciate the quick response and the help even though he did not have too.

Quick and efficient! I contacted Patrick for a window cleaning quote on Wednesday and he was at my place cleaning my windows the next day. The job was fantastic (and he had his work cut out for him). I was incredibly pleased!

Patrick from Gorilla services was fantastic. Had to cancel and reschedule my appointment with him twice and he was very accommodating. His work was professional and meticulous. He also discounted my price from the original quote because he said the job was not as big as he thought. This is something you DO NOT see in today's world. Fair and Honest. Gorilla should be who you call for service required.

They were excellent to deal with. They cleaned the gutters at work, and the quote was very reasonable, considering they hadn't been cleaned in years (there were little trees growing in them). When they finished, they called to say it hadn't taken as long as expected, so they reduced the price. Then they cleaned the gutters at my house, also a very good price, and the work was beyond what i expected. Unquestionably a five star company. Thank you so much Patrick!

Patrick is a professional, trustworthy and respectable worker along with his team. I had him come and do a gutter cleaning a couple weeks ago and I was satisfied with the work that was done. Today Patrick came with his team to clean my dryer vents, he discovered that there was actually a bird nest stuck in the vent and he went above and beyond to disassemble all the dryer vents and cleaned them all manually. I’m extremely satisfied with the work done and I’ll definitely have Patrick come back when needed. His quotations are fair to begin with and thus there is generally no negotiation needed. Wonderful service. Arrived on time, super professional. Did a great job of clearing gutters (and even doing minor repair where there was an issue), cleaning vinyl siding and dryer vent. The siding on my house looks brand new now! Reasonably priced. Would highly recommend services, and will 100% use again.

Update 2023: Have been continuing to use Gorilla Property Services every year for dryer vent and gutter cleaning. Always fantastic service - reasonably priced, friendly and professional.
