Do not use this company. Very expensive, the house was not clean. First day a worker did not show up. Second day 2 workers were late. House was left dirty!

From This lady ... and she ask for $175 first just for washroom and kitchen ... and then day she came to property it was deep clean she ask $360 for tht and we paid before she start working and after 2hourshe left by saying i finished but when we check she did nothing we try to call her and text her few times but she didnot respond

They were able to help me give a deep clean on short notice. The work was done very quickly and properly. It was not an easy job but the team worked and saved me so much time to do other projects. Thanks for the great job.

She wanted to charge us for lifting the rug in our living room to clean under it. I had to go over and clean some of the spots she missed on the counter top. She did not want to move anything in order to clean around it. She had a poor attitude and complained the whole time. Definitely not worth the price. In comparison to what I've received in the past - this was the worst job and the most expensive and on top of that - a horrible attitude. I just wanted her to leave our house. Would not recommend their services.

I would recommend Right Touch Cleaning Services. I had family come stay with us for the weekend and I gave them a call before the their arrival and after they left. They booked my cleaning the next day for each clean. Not to mention my house felt brand new! I will be giving you guys a call back.

We run and Airbnb and rely on this group year round. They do great cleaning, and are flexible with scheduling when we need it. A very dedicated team!

We used RT Cleaning before we moved into our new place, Paola was amazing! We were scheduled a date and time that worked for us, she called as she could come in early. The place is so clean, smells wonderful. She did not rush in any of the service. She was SO friendly and professional. The cleaning tools were all brand new for our place, Lysol and other sanitation products were used.
We will definitely be using again.

I usually clean my own home but decided that I'd treat myself and was so pleased when Paola answered my request so quickly and found me a spot in her upcoming week which I truly appreciated. Paola did a great job freshening up my bathrooms and kitchen that she made them sparkle. I was grateful that she agreed in using my cleaning products since my partner has an allergy to many deodorizers. The best part was that even before Paola started she commented me on my clean house! Gotta a love a housecleaner who says that! I would highly recommend Right Touch Cleaning Services, you will not be disappointed.

I won a standard House clean from this company. While the gift certificate stated it expired in Dec, they had no availability at that time and Paola the manager was very helpful in allowing us to rebook in the new year. We finally set a date. Unfortunately that clean had to be rescheduled as the cleaner was involved in a car accident and could not come. Completely understandable. Another date was set. A cleaner came today for a clean...I should have known from the get go this was going to be poorly executed.

1. The cleaner went to the wrong address. Paola called me to tell me to let her in... But she was not at my home. She promptly called me back; the cleaner was somewhere else but would be coming, albeit late... Paola asked me to stay home to let her in (thankfully I had cleared my day to be around) if I was not going to be home it would be "some time" before I could be rebooked. The cleaner arrives. I explain what I want cleaned and a few things I did not want touched as they are fragile. I go upstairs to give her space to work

2. She calls up a few hours later that she is done. I come down, look around and ask her if vacuuming is included in the clean as she did not vaccum... She did not come with a vacuum or ask for ours. She proceeds to tell me she swept. I question her but her English is very poor. Her uber arrives to pick her up.
At the same time I message the manager to ask... And send pictures ..No the vacuuming is in fact part of the clean; they are to ask to use our vaccum. I also included pictures of the "swept and mopped" floor which still had bits of debris in various locations. The Manager sends the cleaner back to vaccum... I had originally told the manager to forget it... I could do it myself and she had left. I expressed my disappointment. It was very uncomfortable to be in that situation and to let her back in to vaccum. She couldn't even figure out how to turn the vacuum on and use it. I proceed to help her and she leaves.

3. Later on that night we go to the stove and notice a nice dent where there previously was none. I contact the manager right away and send her pictures. She said the cleaner would not have removed them... I assure her that in fact she did as the grills were not even on the burners correctly so she must have lifted them and not been able to put them back... And subsequently scratched/dented our stove. I also told the manager I was home the entire time, the cleaner could have called up and asked for help or told me she hit the stove prior to her leaving. It is now after-hours, but Paola tells me she is going to contact the cleaner and ask her. I highly doubt she is going to admit to the damage. She is going to get back to me in a few days

At this point, a clean that I won and thought was going to be a nice treat has caused more headache, disappointment and issues than I bargained for. While Paola was friendly and professional, based on this experience, I won't be using Right Touch cleaning or referring them to family and friends. If I am honest, I don't even know how they will make this right.

EDIT .. in response to your response... I just don't think you can take honest criticism. Take the comments and make your business better; don't try to talk down to clients...
1. No one ever Asked for a replacement of anything, I have the text messages to prove that. We simply wanted to make RT aware... No "fraud" was being committed... We were making your company aware. As the texts prove

2. This cleaning was in no way intended for a senior... See the picture of the GC. It was won in a Niagara Children Centre Auction and there was no disclaimer stating that. I was in fact the winner and have emails to prove that I in fact bid on the item and won it. So whatever you are claiming is indeed not true

3. The clean was underwhelming. You didn't take any ownership of the fact that your cleaner was late and didn't perform well... Just own it and do better.

We are in the process of moving into a new house and wanted to get the place deep cleaned, and Right Touch did a fantastic job. Paola is the go to person and she was kind and helpful.
The team arrived on time, quick and efficient.
Definitely recommend Right Touch for all cleaning services in the Niagara region.
