Highly recommend this company! First of all, they arrived right on time. The workers were incredibly efficient—everything was done in just 30 minutes. Since the tree was very close to both my house and my neighbor’s, I watched the whole process closely, worried it might fall on the house. But I have to praise the team—the angle they used to cut the tree was perfect, and it landed exactly where it should. They did an amazing job. Truly a dream team for tree removal!

They serviced our city tree and did an excellent job. Went over what was being done to the tree before getting started. The only improvement I can think of is knowing when they were going to come in advance but guessing that’s on the city not them. Mike, Chelsea and Nico worked diligently, and made sure the yard was cleaned up afterward. Highly recommend using their services!

Due to storm, we had to remove a tree in our backyard and to trimm two different ones. An appointment was made. But on that day it started to snow very bad. We called Pineridge tree service to tell them we would absolutely understand if they wouldn't be able to start the job. But the Pineridge crew came on time, did the work to our satisfaction, everything was cleaned up afterwards, everyone was in a good mood.

We had Pineridge come to trim 2 large black walnut trees. They were on time, polite, professional and did a great job with the trimming. They asked and listened to our needs and the end result was excellent. Their cleaned up was very thorough taking our property as well as the neighbours into consideration. We would recommend this company for home or business.

We had a tough job with a very tall silver maple that needed dead limbs cleaned up and branches taken back away from the roof line that all had to be done by climbing. The team of Al, Seth, and Jade did a great job of safely dropping the limbs and cleaning up the tree and yard. They did a great job communicating with me and my neighbours when they needed to go into their yards too and they kept a positive attitude when the tree or the chipper presented a difficult challenge. I absolutely trust the teams at pineridge with the health of the tree, and to work safely. Thank you!

Loved my initial experience with Warren and his crew over the summer. Unfortunately, 3 of the 5 trees were not completely removed and have grown back. All my calls and emails to request the work be finished have gone unanswered (I've been calling for over a month). I understand they're a busy, family-owned business but I'm sad that I haven't heard from them and paid for work that hasn't been completed.
EDIT: Warren followed up with me and completed the work himself. He said the staff that had been involved in the work previously are no longer involved with the company as they did not meet their standard of service.

Cut tree between my neighbour and my house and all garbage clind from her property on to my patio and my back yard they dont look that profecional to me.

I’ve used these guys before and was happy, but this time around job was not done as agreed to when quoted. Clean up was a 3 star job with minor driveway damage.

I had a tough job for these guys, and they killed it. Very professional and effeciant; they got a large tree in tight space done in a day. Left my backyard cleaned and as they found it. Price was best I could find.

The service was excellent..the crew friendly and hard working ..They did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards..the man cutting the trees down was excellent and really interesting to watch..price was excellent and worth every penny..I would so highly recommend this company and it's crew...Niagara street St.Catharines...just finished today thank you for a job well done
